I'm a Christian pastor, mother of three, and former TLC reality TV personality. I trusted Dr. Kenneth Smart not once--but twice. And both times, he failed me. I wanted to restore my 2009 breast results with ultra-high-profile cohesive implants and a full anchor lift to correct sagging. My husband and I outlined our goals in writing and confirmed them in person. We held the implants. We reviewed the plan. It was acknowledged. Agreed to. But Dr. Smart substituted different implants, skipped the lift--twice--and never reviewed prior surgical records. He reversed post-op photos to suggest "improvement" and omitted implant details from billing records. When we raised concern, he canceled our follow-up. Staff involved: * Rachel Schindler - Office Manager * Brook Anderson - Medical Assistant * Jaelea Lacey - RN None spoke up. None intervened. I now face a third surgery.
