We were not told if his brother worked for the company or not or even knew how to drive a large van. When his brother came to get us he said they had just switched so Chaz could drive a different group of people somewhere. The van also reeked of smoke when he came to pick us up from our location. Both Chaz and his brother seemed to have a hard time controlling the van which made it scary for all involved. All the owner offered us was a $200 credit to book with them again. The driver and the company have been incredibly unprofessional. I would stay away from them at all costs.

Richards' price was also much better than the competition. The company is based in Luray, but don't let that fool you. They operate all over Virginia. The carpet was dirty. They advertised that it seats close to 18 but our group of 12 were squashed. It would have been nice to be given instructions on how to use the tv or music but nothing was written inside. Looking at my receipt I was charged for an 18 passenger but got a 14 passenger. When I got out I asked about the water and the driver said it was inside in the cooler. When we finished up, we went back into the limo and there was nothing. Be sure to check what your getting. Update: I have 12 witnesses who will agree that there was no water in that limo. I'm not sure why this company would flat out lie.
