I was worried that this wouldn't be relaxing, or it would even hurt. Let me first say that they put you in a sauna for as long as you can stand, and then a wet sauna. Next you go into the room face up, and the scrubbing starts. Well, it is not as relaxing as a massage, by any means There is much satisfaction in the results. Jessica is my massage therapist and she always asks how the pressure is, which I really appreciate, since sometimes it's hard for me to speak up when I want something changed. She also remembers that I don't like the front of my neck touched and other little details. Her technique seems to be the perfect fit for me and she's the only person other than my partner I trust to touch me so I can really relax (and I'm the type of person who needs to really relax)! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!…read more I paid $700 in October 2024 to this company, Elite Massage for a massage package but I never received the massages due to a medical situation outside of my control and they refuse to refund my money. Elite massage are rude crooks and they don't care at all about their clients. I have several unexpected complications following my surgery and I am now in and out of the hospital. I kindly reached out to them and explained my situation and asked for a refund but they said NO. Even though I never received the massages and didn't even have a chance to make an appointment for the massages, they said NO. I went into the hospital a few days after I paid them $700 and I have been in and out of the hospital since then. I can't afford to lose $700, I'm a single mom of 4 children and I loss my job due to my now ongoing medical issues and my medical bills are mounting each day. I don't wish this situation on anyone! I reached out to them again a couple of weeks ago but they didn't respond at all. I asked if we could come to some sort of agreement but they are not responding to me at all.
