Second time my wife and I have gone for a couples massage. Great staff, very relaxing, clean office and rooms. They do great at communicating if you need more or less pressure throughout. We did a 75 minute massage with added aromas as well as an add-on hand or foot warm towel treatment. Can't recommend this business enough, you leave feel very refreshed. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! The rating really says it all. . . We booked a couples massage after reading some of the reviews, however our experience was very different. On our way to our massage we unfortunately inquired an accident on the highway, after realizing that wed be about 5-10 minutes late we called to let them know. We were assured that there was in fact no rush at all and to take our time. The gps took us to an empty parking lot and were very confused. So we called the office to see if they could point us in the right direction, but no one answered. The first option after no one answering was a to press one if you could not locate the office. Clearly this is an ongoing issue if its your first option. This place doesn't even have proper signage to indicate what building its in. All the message over the phone said was that it was located directly across from town hall in a beige building, which is most of the buildings on that street. After calling 3x with no answer and tying a few buildings we finally located it. it was on the 3rd floor of an office building in an office. I was a little skeptical when arriving since the room we were located smelled of mildew and it was so empty it looked as if their office had been robbed. Our two masseuses asked each of us we needed to use the bathroom and then instructed us to fill out a 2 page intake form which took about 5-10 minutes. After coming back to discuss with us, they left us to undress and prepare for our massage. The massage itself was pretty sub par but I wasn't going to hold it against her, although for $120 it definitely was a rip off. The massage seemed pretty short but after it was over, we laid there for a 3 minutes talking, got up and dressed and looked at the time. It was 1 minute after our original massage time. We were pretty upset and I questioned it upon check out. We paid $240 for a 25 minute massage! She told us they they had even went OVER their time they carved out for us and went above and beyond. I couldn't believe it. she said that in her email to confirm the appointment she suggested getting there 10 minutes early. So essentially if you have an appointment at 445 and come on time, need to use the bathroom and do her intake form, you've already cut 15 minutes into your massage time! Such robbery! I don't recommend this scam artist to anyone! read more

Came here to try the couples massage. They are hard to find, as they are located in the building. Suite 110. Looks like a medical clinic when you walk in. But the room they put as in had that spa feeling. Relaxing music and the lights are dimmed. It was quiet and the staff were very inviting. The massage itself was great, my husband loved it too. Served champagne, strawberries and chocolates at the end. We would come back here definitely. read more

There's nothing like the big sigh of relief when you realize you've found your new massage spot... except for the sigh of relief that comes with actually GETTING a freaking amazing massage. Earlier this season, I'd been searching for a place that does prenatal massage since I had some crazy muscle soreness after work events, house projects, and other normal things made more difficult with shlepping extra weight around. I picked Lindsey from the list of the massage therapists on a whim since her appointments aligned with my availability and I'm so glad I did. I've only gotten a chance to go in for two appointments but each has been spectacular. Not only is she a lot of fun to chat with, but she's so knowledgeable about prenatal massage and makes sure I'm comfortable and relaxed. The cold lavender eye compress at the beginning is such a nice touch, and on my last visit I got a lovely hot foot towel too. Can't wait to come back after this baby is born! read more

She was warm and inviting from the moment I walked through the door and would check in to make sure I was happy with the pressure/positioning/heated sheet temperature throughout the session. It's in a small, hole-in-the-wall location. But, as my gf and I learned, you can't judge a book by its cover. The Conduit is a center for holistic health. It houses yoga, singing bowl, and meditation sessions, as well as In Touch Massage. My gf and I were celebrating our 1yr anniversary. I had set an appointment for a Romantic Couples Massage package. It includes an hour-long full-body massage, a hot oil treatment, followed by a period of pampering with fresh strawberries, chocolates, and champagne. My gf had had 3 professional massages before (I personally had none), so I was hoping this would be a good experience for us both and match well against her previous ones. Let me say it did not disappoint. Once you've walked up the staircase and enter the door, you find yourself in a very pleasing reception area. Comfy seating, soft music, and sort of yoga/ inner peace decor fill the room. Our masseuses were ready and waiting for us (we had arrived 15mins earlier than the scheduled time as required). Initial paperwork was very quick and easy. Just basic info such as, name, age, any injuries, and previous massage experience. Once that was done, we were lead to our room. The room was small, more than enough for 2. The combination of low light, candles, rose petals, and relaxing music made us feel immediately at ease. After undressing and settling under the blankets on the massage tables, our masseuses re-entered the room and began to work their magic. They were very sensitive to our needs, providing pressure as desired, and very thorough. As the session went on the stress just melted away. Both of us almost fell asleep during the session. We had the hot oil treatment applied to our feet (you get a choice of hands or feet). It was very soothing. They continued the massage as the the heat penetrated into our feet. Once our time was up (and we definitely got our full time), they gave us plenty of time to dress before entering with our refreshments. We leisurely enjoyed the strawberries and chocolates as we sipped the champagne under the soft light. We were never rushed and simply continued to feel relaxed. We left feeling rested and rejuvenated. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend this location to anyone interested in a massage. We most certainly got our money's worth and plan to visit again. read more

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage and it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! The staff were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I both have injuries and the staff were great about asking for feedback from us throughout the massage to make sure we weren't experiencing any discomfort, and providing suggestions to help heal those problem areas. I've had massages at other spas and this one definitely felt more in depth and professional. I received the best one hour massage about one month ago and I am looking to book again! I have had a handful of massages in my life and this was by far the most therapeutic one yet. My body felt noticeably better for days after. Lindsey took great care to be sure I felt comfortable in her East Hartford office which may I add is located at The Conduit, a holistic and sound center, thus filled with healing energy. The massage room is spacious, decorated with taste, and overall a great place to be. After the massage I was offered tea and invited to relax in the lobby.
