The therapy rooms are nice enough, though not posh, and they're equipped comparably to fancier spas. Linens are clean and new. My LMT is Jillian. She's very capable and committed to helping me -- and I'm an extreme case with improperly healed injuries, degenerative disc disease, and so on. Like most LMT's she has a calm and pleasing demeanor that reassures and relaxes me. If you want great service at an affordable price (almost half of what that large National chain charges over in WeHa) in a safe and clean environment, this place is for you. If you want fancy schmancy, this place isn't for you.

Problem was that the massages I had really were not very good. I had two massages with Jessica. Though I told her that I preferred deep pressure, I honestly did not feel anything on my back, even during my ashiatsu massage. I felt like she held back. I asked her to do trigger point treatment prior to my appointment. After my appointment, she told me that another therapist at the place did that technique. She was very sweet and down-to-earth though. During my first massage, my room was next to the door. In the middle of the massage, a bunch of chatty Cathy's barged in for some reason and would not shut up. The sounded like teenaged soccer players. This temporarily disrupted my massage. Another problem was that the sheets on the massage smelled and looked old, and outdated. I agree with another reviewer that it looked more like a doctor's office than a spa. I would maybe come back if I tried a different therapist. I have had better massages with Groupon deals which was ironic because many of the not-so-fantastic treatments advertise on Groupon.

I quickly made an appointment after reading such awesome reviews, and the ease of appointment spiked my interest even greater. Upon arrival, my husband and I were greeted by our massage therapists who were very friendly and greeted us by name. We arrived a little early and filled out a small questionarre about any allergies, ailments, injuries, etc. The atmosphere was very welcoming, calming, comfortable and felt like walking into a home. The massage room was beautiful decorated with soft, dim lighting, 2 seperate heated beds with soft blankets, and calming spa music. The room was comfortably warm and we were left alone to change and get into the beds. Shortly thereafter, the massages started. 90 minutes of pure relaxation and bliss. I was very pleased with the communication the therapists provided to ensure full comfort, the professionalism of the entire experience, and the perfect combination of deep massage work and soft massage work.
