They had arranged a gorgeous room with beautiful flowers everywhere. For cocktail hour the servers were providing top notch service. As soon as I was done eating or drinking they took the plate or drink from me. And of course I went a few times to try all the appetizers. The shrimp cocktail, tuna tataki, smoked salmon, veggie dumplings, etc were all amazing. For the dinner segment, they had set up portable chef stations outside. This gave everyone the opportunity to look outside to the pristine golf course and enjoy the view. They had steak stations, seafood, Asian cuisine etc. I was stuffed from cocktail hour however I tried a few items. The only thing lacking at dinner time was the fact many of the dishes were very low on seasoning and a bit bland. Overall, the food was excellent but I needed a bit more salt/seasoning. My favorite dinner component was the endless arrangement of different kinds of salads. There is nothing like fresh greens. For dessert: I was thrilled they set up bite size portion desserts. When the beverage cart attendant showed up, she didn't have our order, was not friendly and argued about our order and whether it was even placed. We had to produce evidence that it was placed, and that she simply had not received it as of yet. Did I mention that she was rude?! Needless to say, we never saw her again. Upon leaving, again, no one to clean clubs and no one to help us with our bags. The only good part of the day was going to the restaurant that is not owned by the city, Galuppi's and they took great care of us. Find another place to play because this place clearly doesn't have their act together nor do they understand the basics of customer service. If I were in business today and had any control of this organization, I would fire everyone in charge!

It felt like it was a bit high, but bowling or a movie for 5 can be like $100 and it's not like there are other Topgolf knockoffs to choose from. Anyway, we arrived a bit early but they took us right in. There were a variety of different games you could play where you could get points even if you didn't get the best shot. So the kids were able to complete pretty well with us adults and even win a few rounds! They had a food and drinks available but we had eaten prior to arriving and didn't get anything. The offerings were chicken tenders, pizza, burgers and the like. Prices seemed reasonable. Overall we had a really good time and would likely go back at some point. Five stars from me.

I understand that policies are in place, but given that this was a promotional invitation from Topgolf and an honest scheduling mistake, I feel there should have been more flexibility and customer consideration. I hope Topgolf will reconsider how situations like this are handled, because the experience left me feeling that my business and loyalty as a customer were not valued.
