No one to be found. Upon check-in, the lazy, unfriendly cashier at check-in, barely looked up from her phone to provide any type of assistance. The only thing I got was "Pompano"? I said, yes I'm here in Pompano. She said no are you a resident of Pompano and I said no I live elsewhere in the county. She said $65 And then went back to her phone. After a couple of minutes, she realized that she hadn't pushed a button to activate the credit card machine. Are you kidding me!? Now we get out on the course and no beverage cart, no ranger and ridiculously slow play. When we finally called for beverage service, we were told to place our order online and someone would be out. When the beverage cart attendant showed up, she didn't have our order, was not friendly and argued about our order and whether it was even placed. We had to produce evidence that it was placed, and that she simply had not received it as of yet. Did I mention that she was rude?! Needless to say, we never saw her again. Upon leaving, again, no one to clean clubs and no one to help us with our bags. The only good part of the day was going to the restaurant that is not owned by the city, Galuppi's and they took great care of us. Find another place to play because this place clearly doesn't have their act together nor do they understand the basics of customer service. If I were in business today and had any control of this organization, I would fire everyone in charge!

Offering no further information until I asked what do you mean, you've always had one. He again condescendingly stated it had been closed for a month. Call me overly sensitive, but I think it was rude and cause enough for me to never go back there. To many other choices available.

When I asked our server for a recommendation, he mentioned that, being Italian, his personal favorite was the Chicken Piccata. Normally that wouldn't be my first choice, but I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, it turned out to be absolutely delicious--and the portion was so generous that I had enough for two more meals afterward. The dish featured a beautifully sautéed chicken breast, remarkably moist and tender despite its size, served over linguini with a bright white wine lemon caper sauce. The way the chicken was prepared--perfectly tender (which IMO is hard to do with chicken breast) and full of flavor--is what truly won me over. There is something truly exhilarating about cracking the ball and seeing it fly onto the course.They have really fun games you can designate like Sonic or Angry Birds. The staff couldn't have been more lovely! Our initial bay had a faulty screen that they couldn't fix. They immediately moved us over to another bay and gave extended us 20 minutes for the inconvenience. We didn't order food, but we did order cocktails. They were just okay. I highly recommend making a reservation coming during the day versus night because the price point is drastically different by day and time. We came on a Saturday from 12-2 and paid $40 for up to six people. The check in experience is phenomenal through their app. If you're looking to try something new on the weekend, check them out!

Our server, Gabby, was good and checked up on us often to see if we needed anything at all. Besides having limited clubs to hit with, Top Golf is a fun place to unwind and practice my golf swing whether I go by myself, with friends or with my family! Stephen is my 3rd golf instructor who I happened to come across via a google search during a quick…read morevisit to Ft. Lauderdale. This is my 2nd year of golfing & within a 1hr lesson he has transformed my game! He watched a few of my hits & knew right away what my swing issues were. I'm still in shock at the distance I'm getting with my driver (my most challenging club) & with my clubs in general. It's still taking some practice to ingrain my new move of rotating my hips to the right with my back swing (including lifting my left foot to get that movement since I don't have the flexibility yet) along with slowing down my swing so that I'm on the proper swing plane. End result is I'm more consistent with hitting the sweet spot & my ball is flying yards further rather then the former mis-hits which included hitting the ground behind the ball & losing lots of power. My last couple of rounds were so much more fun as a result of at least getting distance with my driver & clubs in general. Each euphoric hit ended with a "thank you Stephen!" It's due to my lesson with him that I've truly seen my game transformed. I wish he was closer to California but will gladly fly back to have future lessons &/or do remote/video lessons.

Our group of five had an incredible time-- I returned for a private lesson with another member of our group after the program ended. Michele is exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Even while managing a rotator cuff injury, I felt fully supported and motivated to improve my swing. Her expertise and positive approach have made a lasting impact on my game.
