I understand cancellation fees but when someone is very sick there should be an exception, so you don't get others sick. The policy is very strict there are no exceptions, and it seems they are always overbooked so rescheduling seems to be limited. I do agree the PT therapist are great minus the desk policy.

Ridiculous to charge me no show fees, so you expect me to place myself in an uncomfortable situation with a man because you can't follow a basic request? Enjoy my $300, because clearly y'all need it more than me :) I hope you're proud of yourselves charging a young woman who was the victim of a reckless driver because she didn't want to be in an uncomfortable situation with a man. Came in to get work on a stiff shoulder and over the weeks they were able to work it out and get it to a point where I can do my stretches and exercises at home and I've been so excited that I've been able to work the movement back into my sports without excruciating pain. There I met Ciera Brecto my female physical therapist. Due to life's choices over the years I have had a number of PT's due to multiple operations of both knees, back and joints. Ciera is the best of many. She knows her stuff, greats you with a smile, and is attentive to your needs. She does her job with a smile and understands when and where it hurts while working to improve your motion and healing.
