He explained everything as it was happening & went very slow, but when he numbed me instead of expecting a count down of sorts he just exclaimed "done!" Haha I thought that was good. No pain at all and very little anxiety. I'll be going in again soon for my other hip and highly recommended them to anyone who wants friendly, competent, quick service to come here. When I indicated I was in pain and needed to be seen, she shrugged her shoulders and told me to go to the emergency room. Horrible customer service. I'm now going to have to wait weeks to get an appointment with a back specialist with no treatment in the interim.
