Went to the South Hill clinic and the whole crew was very welcoming and just generally awesome. I had injured my hip from a six week fitness challenge class. Nicole, (the Hot Pack lady), was very careful to make sure the E-Stim was set just right and Dave was awesome helping me progress to a condition that was even better than before the injury. Jennifer, the PTA was a great instructor with the exercises, being very patient and supportive in the gym. These guys are the best. I think Dave Jeter is a true healer. Came in with a frozen shoulder, ( due to a stroke) which I could not move. In a few months it was working pretty good. As much as could be expected without surgery. Awesome staff and can't say enough good about this office. read more

Went here for PT when I broke my leg. Came in limping and with mild pain all day. Within a few weeks my leg was just as good as before my accident. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Appointments were nice in that I got a massage and new exercise regimen. Would come again if I ever had to (unfortunatly) have more Physical Therapy. read more

This is a great PT business. I've been to 4 others in Spokane, and there is a difference. Their attention to detail is excellent. The gym, although not huge, is very adequate and well managed. The exercises are easy to duplicate at home, they make sure. I will come back to Acceleration in the future. This was a post-knee therapy, but I also had them work on some back issues. I have zero negative things to say about this place, it is hands down the best physical therapy office in town! Dave my physical therapist was amazing, he listened to any complaints about pain i had, adjusted my care accordingly, and always explained to me what was going on. The staff was very patient, kind, and caring. I greatly appreciated that they always took the time to show me how to do my exercises correctly and modify if i needed too. I truly feel they all went above and beyond to make sure that i received the best care possible from them. I will forever Highly recommend them to anyone i know and if i ever need physical therapy again (probably not unless i have an accident thanks to dave) i will for sure be returning! David Jeter took just the right approach to get the most out of me and he inspired me to work harder at home than I otherwise might have. His assistants and receptionists are equally wonderful. I have gone to Acceleration 3 times. 1st for my knee giving out on me in Norway, then a broken arm, and last my sciatic nerve, caused by my lower back. I followed Dave, the Physical Therapist, to their new South Hill location from their office on the north side of Spokane, (even though I live close to that office) because I knew he would get the job done. Great atmosphere. The moment you walk in the staff is always welcoming and makig you feel comfortable. They all are very helpful to make you feel better. They strive to make your problems better. They work with you on many things, they compromise with problems you have. It's an all around great place to go and get the therapy you need. This is a great place to get better!! The staff at Acceleration Physical Therapy are knowledgeable and help you to gain mobility! The treatment rooms are spacious and private. The gym is clean, open and has all the equipment you need to strengthen your injury. I had a very positive experience at this facility. What I liked best about this office is they taught me exercises to cope with my injury and supplied the necessary tools for me to continue to practice my exercises at home.
