The couple at the front desk was so welcoming and inviting, she was quick to check me in and guided me to where my room is located. I feel very safe and secure traveling solo as they have cameras located around the property. Free wifi, super hot water, slept wonderful. Very quiet location which is very nice after being on the road all day.

Every time we've come, they've added something new: flooring, window coverings, lamps, art, furniture. It's not fancy but I always have a great night's sleep there. It's the cleanest place we've ever stayed, no matter the price point, even though it's pretty basic. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and pleasant and they work hard to make the place appealing.

I did quick research via google in the car at the gas station right next to it and learned that Hampton by Hilton is one of Hilton's biggest brands. While its not on Hiltons luxury brand side, Hampton delivers value and comfort for guests looking to be cautious about their travel spend. I had no reservations and it was in the middle of the night but they had plenty of rooms. The woman who assisted me was very nice. In fact all employees I encountered were super pleasant. 2 double beds came to about $109. They do have military discounts so with that the room came to about $94. The room was clean, and very comfortable to my surprise. Nice luxury feeling comforters and nice Neutrogena toiletry amenities in the bathroom. They also had a nice breakfast spread free for guests with coffee starting at 6am in the morning. Not sure if I'll ever be in Tennessee again but if I am, I definitely will come back and stay at this hotel.

It was a joy to see the paintings and civil war artifacts up close and have the opportunity to discuss the collection with Polina. After the tour, we settled into the Jenny Lind suite with the jacuzzi tub. It was great to soak in the tub and relax after a busy day and enjoy the complimentary wine and refreshments. Our room was so beautiful, quiet and comfortable. We woke up to a beautifully presented breakfast that was healthy and bursting with flavor. Our favorites were the sorbet and fruit, crostini and the lovey and delightful cheesecake. The small plates of deliciousness are sure to please any foodie. We highly recommend staying at the Shiloh Chennault Estate when you are visiting the area. My lone complaint was that we stayed here during renovations. They had appropriately provided signage noting that the laundry and gym facilities were closed due to the rehab work going on, but we still had to pay north of $200 for the stay, even with those amenities not be usable. Sort of thought there would be a "pardon our dust" discount. Oh well. The free breakfast in the morning which started at an impressive 6am was excellent. Staffer had it up and running right on time, and the food area was as clean and tidy as I have ever seen with a great selection of items. All in all, a practical place to stay that will soon be a much nicer version of itself.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Lynn, who provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, compassionate, and went above and beyond to take care of our family. Given that Paris is a small town with limited hotel options, finding one with such great service was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay there again in the future!
