Do NOT waste your money here. I had to pre-pay to have my sneakers cleaned. I just went to pick them up and they look SO much worse than when I dropped them off. The only thing that was done to the sneakers was just ruining them? I think they started to clean them, saw that they caused them to bleed, and then decided that was good enough. The laces weren't even removed and they didn't touch anything else. When I picked them up and brought up my concerns, 0 accountability was taken nor a refund offered. I was just told, "No one is here to do anything about it so what do you expect me to do?" Thanks for ruining a pair of $900 shoes! read more

I've been here twice and on both occasions, the folks behind the counter are super friendly. The guys know what they are doing when fixing your shoes. They won't upcharge you by forcing add-ons down your throat, but they will genuinely talk to you about what needs to be done such as adding this and that. Again, no pressure to get more work done on your shoes but it's good to know what else I can do to get the shoes back to their original glory. The pricing is reasonable and their hours are convenient for some of us who work during the daytime. My shoes were ready within a couple days as promised by the store. I had a new ranger belt that I let another shoe shop try to shorten. It was messed up when I got it back. They moved the billet back and glued it on and inserted 2 brass rivets in the billet which was originally stitched. It was a mess. I sent it to Jerry Fina at Dee's Boot & Shoe Repair to see if it could be brought back to the original state. At the same time sent a pair of Thursday boots to be resolved as well. Great local family, local business. Small shop, but they can get your shoes fixed without the wait time of weeks for completion. I had gone to another repair shop before I found Dee's. They had my shoes, needed new rubber tips on a pair of heels. After a week, I went to pick them up and then had to wait while the repair guy actually put the heels on them. Dee's always has the shoes ready when they say they'll be ready. The workmanship is great. Recently I took a sandle that a strap had come unglued. I was told it could be repaired once, good warning, start shopping for new shoes. If I didn't know which one had been reglued I wouldn't know. It looks perfect. Also, they won't waste your time trying to make repairs on shoes that are beyond repair. They'll tell you that up front so you can leave with a broken heart that your favorite pair is beyond help and not be hopeful for a week that they can be brought back from the brink. If you're looking for a repair shop this is the place. I have not had boots repaired so I can't comment on that repair, but I bet they can fix them. read more

Don't blink or you might miss this place, it's a tiny little storefront stuffed between a 7/11 and fast food. I didn't think places like this still existed.. but thank goodness they do! We had a pair of leather (expensive) boots with intricate stitching designs that had completely come apart. The shoes were sitting next to the door waiting to be thrown out when I happened to stop at the 7/11 store and noticed Dee's next door. I brought the boots in the next day, thinking they would tell me the shoes were beyond repair or would cost a ton to fix. To my pleasant surprise they took the shoes without a second glance at the torn stitching and told me it would be $15.00 to fix them. I thought this might be too good to be true.. but when I picked them up the following week, they looked as good as new! I couldn't believe it! It's now months later and the repair has held up wonderfully. If you need shoe repair I would definitely recommend this place! read more

This family-owned and operated shoe repair is one of the best deals in OKC. Stroll on in to have shoes repaired, resoled, or just cleaned up and shined. My boots are made for walking, and I've taken my signature black boots in several times for repair and cleaning. I'm always pleasantly surprised by the cost, especially if it saves a pair of shoes. My favorite red cowgirl boots have gotten not one but two sets of new soles thanks to Dee's, and they are always in and out in about a week. The location is convenient when you're out and about running all those random Saturday errands, and the guys that work in the front are so polite, it feels like a bit of a throwback to an older OKC. These guys definitely put their best foot forward. Wow! I took my shoes to this place after reading reviews. I had some tan, leather Cole Haan oxfords that needed to be shined up. I had been wearing them around town in hope that I would just happen upon a solid shoe shine place. The days that I wasn't wearing those particular shoes were the same days that I saw a shoe shiner. Of course, the days I wore the shoes, those same places were shoe shiner-less. I kept being disappointed, but finally put in some legit effort to find the best shoe repair in OKC. This was the one that popped up. The guy was very nice and said they would be done by the end of the day. Maybe this is unusual, but I was extra surprised. I went to pick them up and I'm not quite sure what I expected, but what I got exceeded my expectations. It's like I picked up a brand new pair of shoes! I had to double check the bottoms to make sure they weren't new. I'm very impressed and proceeded to tell some friends of mine which then reminded me that I'm like a 70 year old man. Nope! Dee's saved a wonderful pair of high heels for me. I stuck one of the heels in a crack and peeled off the leather exposing the inner part. I brought the shoe to Dee's and they did a fantastic job fixing it. He was able to pull the material back around the heel and touched it up so you can't even tell it was damaged. I have a pair of rough out service boots, that I basically wear everyday. I love these boots, and they finally needed a resole. I came in after work, and asked him about the options and prices etc. Dropped them off the next day. Even during the holidays it was a week turnaround, and they are good as new.
