A…read moreman from the shop called my daughter, the recipient of the flowers, on November 7 and harassed her about times that she would be home so he could deliver the flowers. He made her feel like she was inconveniencing him by not being home when he needed her to be. When the times she gave him did not work in his schedule, he then berated her about times on November 8 that he could deliver the flowers. Keep in mind, these flowers were supposed to be delivered on her birthday, November 14. She explained to him that her birthday was not for a week but he ignored her and told her he would try to get them to her on the 8th. Horrible customer service and gross incompetence. The flowers were delivered on the 8th with a card that said they were to be delivered on the 14th clearly displayed in the bouquet and the same man wished my daughter a belated birthday... 6 days before her actual birthday. To her dismay, she found that the lilies had lost their anthers, indicating that she was given flowers that were several days old. Even worse, the succulents in her bouquet were made out of styrofoam!!!

I want to be fair, Its a very nice arrangement. I was told that they started at 300 so i told her lets do 350. What would this have looked like for $300? Its extremely small which is my main complaint for the cost. The outer Diameter was 22". The reason why i have pictures of it on my door is because she was interred at a mausoleum and they were going to throw it away. For a total cost including 15 dollar delivery and 20 dollar tip...we figured we would bring it home. I never said it was not a nice wreath, my complaint is the size. Lesson learned.

I could spend a good chunk of time just wandering, but the more time I spend the more money I spend, of course. I was able to be very specific about the flowers, colors, and textures I loved, as well as those I definitely did not want, and they truly listened. Angel was especially communicative, patient, and easy to work with as we refined all the details together. I always felt heard and confident that they understood exactly what I was envisioning. On the day of the wedding, everything went seamlessly. The bouquets were delivered on time to our designated location, and they were happy to make a few on-the-spot adjustments I requested. Rosie Rose then handled the full setup of our chuppah, which turned out absolutely beautiful. We also repurposed our centerpieces to line the aisle during the ceremony, and they managed all of the setup flawlessly. After the ceremony, the team took care of moving all of the centerpieces from the aisle to their places on the reception tables and broke down the chuppah so it could be reused at our sweetheart table. The level of coordination, care, and attention to detail was incredible and allowed everything to flow smoothly without us having to worry about a thing. We were beyond happy with how the flowers turned out and received so many compliments from family and friends. Not to mention the flowers began wilting in less than 12 hours. I was fortunate enough to arrive at her house directly after the flowers were delivered, so I noticed first-hand how short lived the lifespan of this arrangement would be. By the time I left two days later, most of the flowers were dead. I would expect better quality and size for $160 ($185 after the delivery fee). Beware!
