I'm sure this is one of those 'once you're in, you're in' places but I couldn't find a single employee where I either understood their service lingo or had availability in the next few days. I'm not rating their service-they seem extremely talented. I was just disappointed I couldn't try them out after spending 20-30 minutes on their site and being within walking distance of their business.

When we arrived at 5pm we ended up having to wait around for over 45 minutes to even get our appointments started. I was buying a gel manicure for my boyfriend but he ended up having to leave after waiting around for 45 minutes and still not being seen. Not to mention driving all the way across town. Super waste of his time. My girlfriend and I stayed and finally ended up getting seen after being there for almost an hour. What exactly is the point of an appointment then if they don't honor it? They also didn't honor the price on their website for a gel mani/pedi ($65), when their wall said $70, they still tried to charge me $80! I pointed at the price on the wall and they said "oh yeah, OK. 70" My nails looked good from afar when finished but once I got home and looked at them better it was a disaster. My toes were trimmed kinda but super sharp like razors on the edges so I had to trim and file those down so I didn't stab my boyfriend while snuggling. My fingernails were all bumpy and she didn't even take the polish to the edge of the nail by the cuticle. She also cut me on the tips of two of my nails from the corner of the cuticle to the top of my finger. Now a few weeks later since i have taken them off, I'm realizing that she filed the tops of my nails down so much before painting them that they are now paper thin...my nails all broke/ripped off down to the nail bed and some are bleeding and all hurt a lot. I'm having to put neosporin and bandaids on them at night and liquid bandaid during the day. It hurts to touch anything which is not good as I clean for a living. I'm super sad as I had been building up nice but semi short nails recently and now they are ripped and peeling on the top and stubs at the tips. This whole thing has been a nightmare. Don't ever go there if you value your time or natural nails!!

Everyone here was extremely nice except the gentleman with the white hair. I called due to my gel x…read morenails chipping within 2 days and a few nails completely falling off within two weeks. The human who answered the phone was so understanding and told me they would fix my nails for free. When I got there, the gentleman with white hair told me I didn't call within the ten days (was never told) and every time I tried to explain what happened he would interrupt and say "I see that, but..." being extremely rude in his tone. When I asked for them to just be taken off so I could leave he said the nail tech would come out and fix them. I had the same nail tech as before, named Janna, who is so incredibly sweet and kind, I do not blame her for my nails being poor as it seems they are worked to be as fast as they can. The gentleman apparently told her to just fix the broken nails (which is fine I would pay for a refill), however she did not check the other nails that were starting to come off. I had tried to show this to the white haired gentleman before he cut me off, so I do not find this to be her fault. While I was sitting there, the man picked up the TINIEST corner of paper towel off the floor by my foot and gave the kid who was doing check ins on the floor the nastiest look and shoved the paper in his face. When I saw how he treated the staff and she hadn't gotten far with with my nails, I just asked her to remove the old set so I could leave, I did not want to support a business that treats their staff this way. While waiting to check out and tip Janna, I watched the man with the white hair speak so rudely to his staff. For the price, the nail techs are trying to push out sales as fast as they can and do not get the time to do a good job. This guy is extremely rude to everyone around. I do not suggest supporting this business and I will not be coming back.
