So I understand they're not your scheduled nail tech, but at least be considerate and try to do a good job. Nail was crooked, (my fingers aren't built like that, I would know) And if I ask you to fix it, please fix it, I don't understand why it's so hard to fix a nail, once you do fix my nail, please, the whole nail salon doesn't need to know what just went down. If I want a white nail polish line across my nail, "$5 dollar more" should not be added to my one week lasting $45 nails. At least give me a whole flower nail design. And I don't understand why you have a "message pedi chair" when you're not going to turn it on. It's called the "Spa Deluxe" for a reason right? I have been going to this salon off and on for years and hadn't been in for awhile. A few weeks ago I went and got a full set. About two weeks later my nails were really in pain and one almost felt as if it were going to just fall off. The pain became too much to take and I went to have the nails removed and I was shocked at what was making my nails hurt. I had accrued the worst fungus I've ever seen and now have to take medication for 6 weeks. I don't think this was a purposeful thing but definitely need to make sure what is being used on you is clean and fresh out of the package. read more

The only good one there is Trinh, I had scheduled an appointment 4 days prior showed up and they had told me that she wasn't even there, which I couldn't be mad at her for obviously so I settled with a different lady. The lady couldn't do multiple simple styles I was asking for so I then settled for a simple chrome look, but once finished after 2 hours I had immediately left after paying due to a tight schedule. After taking a deeper look the nails were all different shapes, 2 nails had hair in them , while each nails' gel was bumpy with the poorly applied chrome. On top of it all she bad left pieces of my old nail polish under the acrylic but I wasnt mad at that. After calling to confirm if they were able to simply fix them, I had arrived to the salon and they had examined my nails agreeing that they were poorly done. But I had waited an hour and 15 minutes at 1 pm on a Monday to go back to the exact same lady. Once I was assisted they asked me to choose a color and I had requested an opal glitter, but was told that wasn't an option which was fine. When the young lady suggested to do gold flakes with clear I was on board, but once she told the lady she threw a fit and was clearly arguing and refusing in their language and they had started apologizing to me, despite me originally paying for the chrome along with rhinestones On each finger. At that point the lady began being rough when filing my nails reopening the cuts she had created a couple days prior. At this point im at my max frustration and just tell her to do clear and let me leave. I am beyond frustrated. And to add that the initial time I had went (to do the chrome) I was assisting Spanish speakers whom I assumed were mother and daughter, speak to the man doing the moms pedicure (older woman) and tell him her requests such as "The water is too hot " or the fact she had diabetes or she wanted her nails cut shorter. The man doing her nails insisted on stopping and telling me to tell her " her feet stinky I won't cut no more" along with dramatically stepping back in disgust saying " she has disease " repeatedly because of her diabetes. After his dramatic scene the daughter was fed up and put her mother's shoes back on and they left in frustration as well. The man had no remorse although the woman were yelling at him and trying to de-escalate the situation. Sorry for the lengthy review but this is ridiculous. In the photos you can see my poor cuticles demolished, the chrome residue still there, and the lack of correction for The shape. read more

Today was my first time visiting Pretty Nails, based upon what I saw walking in, I thought this place would be a higher rating. You sanitize, sign in, and are required to wash your hands upon arrival and before being serviced. I'm very disappointed with my experience, although the service was okay. To start, none of the employees were wearing their masks other than the lady doing my service. No social distancing, as all the ladies were in one small corner gossiping the entire time I was there. There is nail dust all over the equipment. AND the lady had her brush stand labeled 'used' but still grabbed from there and used that brush for my service ? And on top of all this, no one spoke to me the entire time, not a big deal to me but kind of thrown off due to the fact where I normally go, they're all very friendly and conversational. Now, my service was actually okay for the most part. Although I had asked for round shaped nails, and the woman did soooo good- until another employee came and started having a convo with her. She made one of my nails too narrow so I had to have her go back and refile all my nails, ending up with more of an almond shape then round (no biggie) the woman doing my service took her time and corrected the things I didn't like. 45$ for an acrylic set, somewhat cheap but good quality. They did that to me as if i wasn't going to leave a tip!!They didn't do much of a professional job , my nails have small air bubbles in them & I wasn't treated any nice here . My mom got switched out of her seat to be placed in another seat and they sat someone else in her previous seat to find her keys and belongings gone. WOW! Did I get lucky! I have a usual spot that I believe I've reviewed before, but it's so out of my way I knew it was time to find a new shop. Now my feet are no easy feat (ar har har).
