Luckily for me, there was only 1 other person getting services done so within minutes Angie was ready to attend to my brows. I think she could tell I was nervous. She didn't remove as much as I'm used to, however, I'm grateful for that bc I truly only wanted them to be cleaned up (which I did state that also). While there I interacted with Asha and Angie, both women were delightful and made me feel right at home. Pricing is reasonable, $7 for eye brow threading. Other services include: facials, waxing services, lash lifts, lash extensions and eye brow tinting. They also offer a punch card for eye brow services!! From the moment I walked into her studio I felt like I made the right decision. She took her time penciling out my lip line before she got started tattooing. The lining was clean and accurate, she checked in with me the whole time to make sure how I felt about it. She did great penciling out my lips so I trusted her to proceed. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. The best feeling is waking up in the morning and looking lively because of my lips. I have received tons of compliments on my lips, sometimes I want to play it off like its my natural lip but I cannot because that means I wouldn't be able to rave about Robyn work. If you have the slightest inclining that you want to do it, just book, she will not disappoint! She would just say don't worry it will be okay after the swelling goes down. I waited 30 days and my left brow was still messed up. I had to pay the full price to correct her work. Then what really made me write this review is she texted me for the follow up appointment I told to cancel and she didn't even ask me why she knew the reason was because she had messed up my eyebrows. It was so bad that I would have never let her touch me again anyway. Luckily for me the other artist was able to make them look more even. If you don't want uneven brows please don't go there you can't trust all the good reviews all the time when it comes to something that important like your face.

I had a single nail with acrylic overlap from a previous shop because my nail broke at a weird angle. Instead of soaking it off or filing it out, she was trying to pop it off. That's incredibly damaging to the nail. Thankfully it was hard to take off and she soaked it. My natural nails were slightly past my fingertips and they made me cut them. I guess there's risk of lifting. I haven't had this be a concern at past shops. It made me pretty sad having them cut super short. On top of that she didn't clean them up with the nail filer. They were cut and left jagged. The tips are crooked. Not sure if they were glued on at an angle. But some of nails look like too much was taken off the left side. So they look angled to one side. I did point it out to her and I think she misunderstood me. I just wanted them to look straight. I can also tell the acrylic is not evenly distributed on the nail bed. She didn't smooth out the acrylic to the edge of the nail. My cuticles were not cleaned up or moisturized at the end. I could tell the lady was annoyed because I did point out stuff I didn't like. Manners or customer service need improvement. Most importantly how the customer hands are handled.
