We were very happy with each phase of our first day with this company. They set us up with their 1st available appointment that was over a month out, but put us on a call earlier list if there is a cancellation. This was great for us, because as retirees we could be available at a days notice. Both of us got calls to come in earlier than our scheduled appointments. Front desk staff were very efficient at processing Maggie & I as 1st time patients. The dental team makes the 1st appointment 2hrs long to do a very thorough exam. They want your input to get your level of involvement in the dental care process. The equipment they have is top of the industry standard. It gives the patient a good view of dental issues, allowing a more knowledgeable choice by patient & Dentist. We never felt pressured to additional care that wasn't truly required at the present time. We were given a break down priority list of items needed & told they would work with us on payment steps based on the priority list. Even given discounts on how payments can be made. I see them on Monday for 1st step in fixing some of my issues. We highly recommend this Dental Care Family

The office staff claimed they would call her back but did not do so, so I encouraged her to call again since they were likely busy. The front desk answered and placed her on hold, but they forgot to actually push the button so my daughter had to sit there and listen to the other staff and the front desk staff talk about her. They laughed that this was the third time she had called and made fun of her being from out of state. They agreed with each other to just tell her that the dentist had left and they said their goodbyes. When the front desk person returned to the phone and said the dentist had left, my daughter brought up the fact that she was not placed on hold and just heard their entire conversation. The staff member became very quiet, failed to apologize, simply mumbled something, and hung up. This is the worst unprofessional customer service I have been a part of experiencing. They showed no care or sympathy and were inappropriately disrespectful.

I came back the following Monday to see the specialist, still in pain and I still wasn't given a direct answer. I was given another bill and they told me they didn't know what was causing the pain but I may need another crown for $1200. Weeks later and the pain has resolved and I save $1200. This seemed like a scam and I won't be back. No answers but sure provided me with bills and billed my insurance.

Then a lady most likely the office manager said yeah sorry there is a delay it's going to be another 20 maybe 30 minutes before we may get called in Although there were several patients that got there after us that were pulled in , so not sure what the problem is but what a waste of time We won't be going back there, to not even be acknowledged until 40 minutes after our appt was probably the worst professional customer service I have ever had and it's really unfortunate as I am in a lot of pain. If you are a new patient and your in pain I would not recommend going there as you will not even be acknowledged even when they are overstaffed in the office there was over 4 ladies sitting upfront and not 1 had the decency to inform us . My Seattle dentist (Dr. Cris Simmons) is one of the top TMJ specialists in the world. His wife/secretary (Anna) referred me to Dr. Sanchez. I called for an appointment and was offered a free half-hour consultation. I phoned back Anna and she said that's a very good sign. She said that if they wanted me to make an appointment for x-rays, run the other direction. Lol During the consultation, it was clear that Dr. Sanchez had years of advanced specialized training with TMJ. He inspected my appliance and said he can definitely make one that's comparable. But even though it's slightly chipped in the front, it won't affect the functionality or comfort so it's not worth wasting my money on a new one. His advice was to continue using it until there's more serious wear. I felt relieved to find a dentist in my new city who's honest AND a highly experienced expert with TMJ.
