The instructor's attitude and the office handling are the worst anyone could've imagine. As a new driver in the lesson, I often have to grasp the feeling of turns & stops with the car maneuver. When I double-check with the instructor whether or not I should make a turn here or there, I got no response and a side eye.... The surroundings and traffic near the Lynnwood office is quite complicated and could be stressful for a new driver, but the instructor repeatedly forces me to take those routes (without properly prepping me or demonstrating what needs to improve), often yelling "gogogooo do you hear me??". I had to switch instructor, but she's not better in any way. I eventually went to another driving school in Redmond according to my friend's recommendation. I am now very pleased and confident in my driving skills, let alone the unnecessary stress.

I had both my daughters do Driver's training through WMST and it was a really great experience. He did interactive, students have to respond questions at periodic intervals which made them pay attention and follow along. The in person drives were very good & just when my daughters would get back in our car and say, "________ was my favorite instructor!" they'd say the same thing about a different instructor the next time. They were even able to do a lesson in their stick-shift car (a stick shift is the family vehicle my kids share). WMST's platform makes scheduling really easy and compared to the other companies we looked at, with their online specials it was much more affordable than a couple other schools we were looking at that were even closer to us-well worth the drive for the in-car trainings and expertise of the trainers.

I had this great fear and was easily intimated by the vehicles moving in opposite direction. I started my classes with 911 back in 2014, Ed took my classes and he was a great instructor. I was pregnant at that time and before I could take a test, my baby was already here so It took me 1.5 years to rejoin the school again! I was nervous to start my driving again and started with 10 classes package. Robert (also the owner of 911 redmond) took my third lesson and I wish he had taken all my classes before. All I needed was confidence and from that 1 class I was more than ready to take my test. He said that I do not need any more lessons coz I am good to take the road test. This shows their level of honesty and supportiveness one would expect from their instructors. I took one more class just to analyze myself where I stood and following week took my test and bingo I cleared it! I cannot thank enough Robert for all the confidence he gave me. Inreally think that every student should be given atleast one class with Robert; he is a magician! From all the instructors I got, I really liked Robert, Ed and Rami Lopez. One particular thing that can be improved is the number of different instructors a student gets. I took 4 classes and every time with a new person. It sometimes gets confusing coz every instructor has different style of teaching. It would be really great if you get the same instructor in every class or atleast most of the classes. Idk if my driving instructor is just rude or just racists to me in way where i feel likes shes indicating or saying something that made me feel uncomfortable. For my first visit I did walk in and she was the one in front and i was doing driving test and she ask if I had WA I.D. Since english is my second language i don't immediately get what shes trynna look for i told her That i have WDL number/and school I.D. Or permit and she immediately said so you dont have WA I.D. and she keep saying so your illegally driving then? Idk what came to her mind thinking I been driving illegally when I passed my permit couple months before starting my driving tests. I explained to her that when i took my knowledge tests at 911 driving school they told me i can just get driving tests as soon as possible mind you I'm (19 y old). so she let me drive which I shouldn't done on our first test she failed me and gave me 0% just because I'm speeding 28/25 miles and i dont stop fully. I told my dad and he thinks she's unreasonable for giving me 0 score just because i was speeding a little bit. Also shes been smiling at me and look so happy when she told me my results that made me feel uncomfortable its like she loves seeing people fail in front of her she didn't give me tips on how to improve so i felt like shes being sarcastic and for my second try she recognized me and this time i went slow and she didn't passed me just because i was dangerously slow i was going 17/20 mph idk if shes not looking the sign but she told me i was going 15/25 mph street when it clearly said 20 miles and watch for people crossing. Its like she's intentionally failing her students who are different so I highly don't recommend the place specifically this branch because it's overpriced and it's better to get your test somewhere else specially when you're not white. They were very helpful in helping me figure out how to get the required documentation and were extremely patient as I navigated phone trees to get AAA to email over the proof of insurance. WMST Express was kind enough to print a copy for me to have current proof of insurance in the car. They saved me and were so helpful and patient with us. Highly recommend coming here.
