We were told TWICE by office staff that they would follow up on this and the issue has not been resolved. Today we were notified by Lucas that it can take four weeks for the paperwork to be driven over from the school location to their main office and be uploaded into the department of licensing database. We have had two children go through this driving course and neither of them recommend defensive driving. They both told us that they don't want their siblings to take these courses.

I was like sir please, I gave it to you an hour ago it should be at the bottom. I start laughing cause I really thought he was joking. He starts looking for two minutes and opening the folder with all the classes papers and says "Sorry I don't see anything here, please come back next week to retake the test"?!?!!!!! Mind you this is my second time coming back and now I'd have to pay to retake the test again!! I honestly started crying, lol I was so confused! Like whaaattt? He was trying to close without giving me my test ??!! so I go get my boyfriend and I have my dad on the phone. The instructor's attitude and the office handling are the worst anyone could've imagine. As a new driver in the lesson, I often have to grasp the feeling of turns & stops with the car maneuver. When I double-check with the instructor whether or not I should make a turn here or there, I got no response and a side eye.... The surroundings and traffic near the Lynnwood office is quite complicated and could be stressful for a new driver, but the instructor repeatedly forces me to take those routes (without properly prepping me or demonstrating what needs to improve), often yelling "gogogooo do you hear me??". I had to switch instructor, but she's not better in any way. I eventually went to another driving school in Redmond according to my friend's recommendation. I am now very pleased and confident in my driving skills, let alone the unnecessary stress.

My wife completed a single initial lesson in May and decided to upgrade to a 5-lesson adult package in July, paying an additional $350.05. Since purchasing the package, she has called weekly trying to schedule the remaining sessions, but the school was consistently unable to provide any appointments. When we finally requested a refund for the services they could not deliver, they refused to issue a refund and claimed they could not guarantee any service would ever be provided. Taking hundreds of dollars upfront, failing to offer availability for months, and refusing to refund unrendered services is completely unacceptable. We have been forced to file a credit card chargeback to recover our funds. Avoid this driving school
