I have received care from this office off and on since around 2010. Each time I sought care elsewhere had to do with location convenience. I have always come back because I have been unable to find the same high quality care elsewhere. Dr Thompson is thorough, personable, and professional and an excellent dentist. He listens to his patients. The office staff are courteous, caring, and efficient. They too provide excellent service and listen to their patients. The email also states it will take approximately 2 weeks for "records releases". IT'S BEEN 12 WEEKS AS OF TODAY AND STILL NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE!! What appears to be his personal cell phone number listed in the email is useless, as no one will answer. Lastly, I sent a certified letter to his home address that I found on the voter registration site. THE JERK WON'T EVEN PICK UP HIS CERTIFIED LETTER WHICH I SENT "RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED"! That was two weeks ago. Today I called in to the Tom Martino Troubleshooter show, and it seems they plan to help me locate him. This is absolutely outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! High turn around likely bc everyone is so incompetent. Dr. Waldo was the best thing that ever happened to this clinic and now that's he's gone this place and their policies are not best practice nor patient centric. Avoid them at all costs.

The X-rays were quick and painless and didn't take long at all - unlike some other dentists I have been to. Emily was the dental assistant and I was grateful that she was there. Very kind and she went out of her way to assure me that even though I'm ashamed of the condition of my teeth, their team had seen it all before and my painful abscess would be easy work. And it was! The dentist was great, very effective and no non-sense. He told me exactly what to expect and within an hour my pain levels dropped from a 7 to about a 2. When I woke up this morning I was pain free. My first time at aspen dental was a success and I think I found my new go to spot. I highly recommend to others.

What impressed me most was his honesty and dedication. He told me he had never performed this exact procedure before, but he thoroughly researched it, explained all of the risks, benefits, and possible outcomes, and made sure I understood what to expect every step of the way.
