unbelievable. my two children where messing around using the equipment correctly and one teenage employees come up to them almost yelling at them to talk to him. they passed him because they thought he was joking around and he yells again at them to got talk to him. the go over there to talk to him because they didn't want to get in trouble and he says something along the lines of "yall better not do that again or i will kick yall out." what makes this whole situation worse is that he used an insanely stern voice to the point they thought he was joking. he wasn't. never coming back. this is unacceptable they where doing nothing wrong. read more

Took my niece here for her birthday as she enjoys the trampoline park. I got a Groupon for a discounted rate. We played on the trampoline, dodgeball, basketball court, and the challenge course. Neither one of us was ready for the zip line lol. They could use a bit more monitoring as some kid was running around hitting another kid. But she enjoyed herself. They lie to you to "save you money." They tell you to sign up for a monthly membership that won't get charged again if you cancel it before it's scheduled to renew. But that's a lie-they charge you again unless you cancel at least 5 days before it is scheduled to renew. Then when you call to object and request your money back, they refer you to customer service who refuses to reimburse you. They lie and scam customers with their memberships. Poor customer service at the front desk. The employee was not friendly and spoke so softly that I couldn't hear over the music. We were the only people in line, filled out the forms beforehand, and it took 30 minutes to check in. Many of the features were broken or off limits. It wasn't very clean. If you are looking for a trampoline park in the Jackson area then go to Altitide instead. First off; the prices are better, they let you use any gripper socks (not just theirs) and there is so much more room. Especially "free" jump area. The staff at High Heaven is always blowing their whistles at you and fussing at something. No it isn't just for safety. You aren't allowed to sit down for a second on the trampoline before the whistle is blown. It was such an unpleasant experience. I have gone to Altitide a hand full of times and never experienced this kind of treatment. Never will I go to High Heaven again. read more
