We just had my son's 7th birthday at Launch. The staff seemed incredibly confused from the moment we walked in, giving us the wrong bands, not providing multiple things in our package that we paid for. But the kicker was when we went in to the party room and realized one of our presents was missing. That's when we found out that all of the employees are complete liars. We went to ask the staff and the supervisor said they would go check the cameras. After about 5 minutes she said they never saw it. So we asked again. She went back this time for about 30 minutes and came out and said she saw us walk in the room but we didn't have a gift and there was never one on the table. When we asked to see the footage she said she couldn't show us. When we asked to speak to her supervisor or anyone else above her she said she was the most senior member of staff there. That is when we told her we would call the police to review the footage. She went to the back to get us her general managers email address and magically, the owner showed up. He brought us back to look at the footage and low and behold, we saw us walk in with the gift and someone come in minutes later and take it. The other two employees completely lied to our faces. The owner wasn't prepared to do anything because as he said "things get stolen there all the time". In the end, after the police were called he finally offered us a discount on the party (which we should have gotten anyway since we didn't get everything that was part of our package) and a $50 gift card, which we will never use because I will never go there again. TERRIBLE experience. Would give it 0 starts if possible. WASTE OF MONEY! I had my twin daughters' 13th birthday party here last weekend. I outlined the following issues I had in an email which I sent and followed up on, but I still have not received a response. I tried to give them a chance to rectify the situation. 1. I had to follow up multiple times before I received the digital invites. (Not a big deal if everything else was all good, but I guess that was just a precursor to the rest of the experience) 2. According to the list of items included in the All Star Package, each jumper is supposed to receive Launch socks.. You only had children sizes available that didn't fit my 13 year daughters and their friends. I put my order in over a week ago with the sizes we needed. I paid for this but was not given a discount for not receiving the merchandise. 3. All of the pizzas were undercooked. My daughter discovered the dough on the Meat Lovers pizza was not cooked and The Party Helper went to put another order in. Then my daughter tried a piece of the Sausage pizza, again the dough was not cooked. She discovered the same issues with the Pepperoni and Cheese pizzas. This whole ordeal put her in a really bad mood for the rest of HER birthday party. The Party Helper came back with a cooked Meat Lovers pizza. We let her know the other pizzas had the same issue, and she offered to bring replacements. At that point the kids didn't even want pizza anymore so we denied her offer. However, again this is something that I had to pay for but we couldn't even enjoy. 4. The 2 Launch Birthday shirts that I ordered for my daughters were supposed to be an Adult M. We didn't open them until we got home, only to realize that they are both Youth XL. Not what I ordered. Won't fit them. That's merchandise that I paid for and can't even get any use out of. 5. According to the list of items included in the All Star Package, each jumper is supposed to receive a Launch mood cup party favor. There were no mood cups given to use Just a bag with some candy and the $5 play card. More merchandise that I paid for but did not receive. 6. I'm not sure how well you are sanitizing the place, but my husband started sneezing about 30 minutes after getting there and has not been feeling good since. Great great place for the kids. An hour here and they are whooped...you too. So, a long nap will be in your future. Great staff and the facilities are cool. We will be here many more times I feel like. Several places for private parties also. read more

If you care about the safety of your children, I would not recommend. This is establishment was nice when they first opened but now it's trash. The employees stand around on their phones and don't Enforce any rules or care for your children's safety. The side/back doors are left unlocked so if you have multiple small children or children with special needs then be prepared to have a full panic attack trying to keep up with all of them and make sure they didn't run out the open side doors into the street. The employees did not care that me and a few other moms were franticly running and screaming across the whole building inside and out looking for my son while we were all trying to keep our other small children together as well. I ended up having to call the police bc we had every establishment around launch helping look for my son but NOT even one employee helped or had any Concern . I had one employee tell me after the fact "oh I saw him playing UNDER the trampolines" but why did no one get him? Or make an announcement over the intercom?! My son is special needs and prone to wandering off but THIS being a children's establishment you would think they would have side/back doors locked or Child proof! Not wide open!! I do watch my children and was with them the whole time but if you are a parent of multiple children or special needs children then you know how if you turn your head for 1 second they are gone! I do not expect the employees to keep up with my children but I do expect them to Enforce safety . After all of that and us being there since 11:30 and it being almost 2 o'clock before they brought our food out and we had already waited well over 30 min for the food and was beyond ready to go bc of everything that had happened and I waited in line to cancel my order but bc it was "coming out in just a second" by the time I got up there the manager (extremely RUDE) refused to give me a refund on the food that I should have gotten 30 minutes prior and told me it was irrelevant to why the side door were left WIDE open!! This place is not safe for younger children and/or children with disabilities. There is no ramp to get a wheelchair or a stroller up the dining area, so if your looking for a place that doesn't discriminate specifically for those who have a disability or for moms who have a baby in a stroller will have access to the dining area and other areas to keep up with their children.. this ain't it!!! Oh and the bathrooms ? DISGUSTING! Not clean , toilets have feces, urine , blood etc . On the Seats or in toilets unflushed . Smells like the floor had been peed on multiple times and never cleaned . There are many many health and safety violations that will be reported. read more
