Thankful for the sauna as I am not able to work out right now due to injury so it's nice to sweat and relax at same time.

I stopped in for my first time and was very impressed with the facility. Very clean and up to date. I really enjoyed the infrared sauna.

I believe in IV therapy- it has saved me from sickies too many times, or helped me recover. I had…read morejust been around my grandkids and my baby girl was sick, and a few days later I could feel the disturbance in the force. That heaviness in the tonsils, the ick at the back of the throat. I was set to leave town on a solo trip, driving several states away and had no time to be sick. I decided to try the Dripbar instead of where I had been going, mainly because I was hoping to be stabbed less. I had recently been in the hospital, and follow ups with docs- I literally was still bruised horribly. The staff member saw this and took extra time. I have one vein- everyone wants to go for, but it likes to roll and there is a ton of scar tissue to push through. I mentioned it, but said- if you feel confident, go for it. My arm heavily bruised in all the other spots. Slight pinch, success on the firs try. IV therapy is not inexpensive. Period. The other company had an ongoing special by 3 for X amount, but you had to use them in 90 days or lose them. That's a lot of money to miss out on if you "forget". And they are hit or miss about reminders. My last visit there just rubbed me wrong. So here I am, weighing the option of their membership and that you are not bound by time frames. They even built in a system that if you don't come for 3 months, they pause your account- they won't charge you until you come in and use the ones you have stacked up. Now- if you drop off and don't return for an entire year, then you void them- maybe. As if all this info wasn't enough to sway me, the MD who owns it- I am reading his book on high dose vitamin C infusion therapy directly to help treating cancer patients. First, I am a breast cancer survivor, 2nd I am at stupid high risk for ovarian cancer & 3rd- I have a close friend battling cancer right now and I want to drag her in to meet this doctor and improve her quality of LIFE! I'm reading while traveling and hope to finish the book before returning to Jax so I can pass it to my friend. First chapter already has me stunned and it's not even new research. This was discovered in the 70's! A Nobel Peace Prize was given in 1976 for this ground breaking research. That's the year I was born. When I went through cancer treatments, I was literally told no vitamin c, no oranges, orange juice and no vitamin d, no extended time in the sun. WHY? Because both protect cells. And oncology treatments kill cells- cancer and good ones. But apparently you can use vitamin infusion therapy in conjunction with traditional treatments and it lessens symptoms, extends expectancy and improves overall quality of life. SOLD.

I chose this IV therapy bar the way we often choose things in life -- not because it was the best,…read morebut because it was close, convenient, familiar. In a city like Jacksonville, where options seem endless, proximity felt like a small mercy. The staff, to their credit, were kind. They spoke softly, worked carefully, and tried to make the experience feel personal. I warned them about my hard-to-find veins, the quiet confession of someone who's been down this road before. Still, the needle came twice, a small reminder that even when we prepare people with the truth, reality doesn't always listen. The therapy itself did what it promised. My body felt the difference. Sometimes science works even when the sentiment falls short. But the price lingered longer than the treatment. It hovered in my thoughts, heavy and hard to justify. Yes, there was the invitation of a monthly subscription, dressed up as savings, but in a city overflowing with choices, it felt less like an opportunity and more like a question: why here, when there are so many others? We likely won't return. Not out of anger, not out of drama -- just quiet acceptance. Sometimes a place enters your story only to remind you that better chapters are waiting somewhere else.
