I was greeted right away by a very friendly gentlemen who told me he didn't have an electronic Siphon tool but he would do it the old fashion way for me at no charge! After he finished removing the bad gasoline I thanked him repeatedly (he litterally saved me huge money on a blown motor) he asked where I was going I said I'm gonna push it a crossed the street and see if I can ask a few people for pocket change till I get enough to fill the tank which was about 3 dollars! He shakes his head and says wait here! Comes back with a dollar and says it won't get you all the way but it's a start honestly this kind of generosity and human empathy is so rare theese days! Went in for a 90,000 mile service, but after the car was in the shop, I was told to go to the Subaru dealer to have the spark plugs changed. Changing the spark plugs in a Subaru Crosstrek can be a pain, which is why I took it to the experts rather than doing it myself. Instead of a proper 90,000 mile service, I was charged over $600 for an oil change and air and cabin filter change. Again, likely OK for the easy maintenance items, if you don't want to do it yourself.

My first visit was had to do with a leak, he let me know that I needed to replace the part and it cost two hundred and something dollars. He then stated that was outrageous for that part and if I could give him a little time he would be able to find a used one that would work just as good. He also patched the hole at no cost for the time in between. When he did find a part it's total cost was 37 dollars!! He could have charged me a lot more and still save me money but he did not, and that is great service. He oversaw a purchase recently and let us know what would need to be done for the van to be useable and what we should reasonably expect from this purchase. He recently told my sister that her car was no good and he did not want to keep fixing things on it know it was going to keep breaking down. It just appears that he has the best kind of work ethic he wants to keep customers based on a trusting relationship. What more can you ask from someone who is responsible for your safety.
