(Would I trust all contractors when they tell be that it was not their work that was the problem but rather a problem with the skylight... no, but you tend to trust Manny. He's been straight forward and no BS from the start.) But how's his pricing, you ask. It was a year ago and I don't remember the details but I know that he was not the most expensive and not the cheapest. But, I am pretty sure that if you are comparing quotes and if he IS the most expensive... he might also be the best and that might be money well-spent. Also, keep in mind that almost EVERYONE reviewing JMT gave the compnay five stars and the three people (out of 40 reviews) that didn't, never had any work done.

Afterwards, Luis promptly sent the estimate document via text message and provided samples. Once we accepted and chose our roofing material, LCG started work when they said they would. Working to their estimate, LCG removed our old roof, replaced damaged plywood, and installed new roofing and skylights. They were careful and professional throughout. In particular, their clean-up each day was exceptional: it was by far the best of the 3 different roofing jobs I've been involved with in the past few years.
