What an absolute nightmare. Beware the beautiful photos on the website look absolutely nothing like what you are given. The lawn was not manicured, the landscape was dirty, the pool was unable to be used as it was bright green, there were dead flies on the windowsills, empty cans/bottles on the property, a dirty used condom by the pool.... I could go on. I asked to have a late check-out free of cost due to this, which I was granted. However, I should have received the whole payment back as it was complete false advertisement. I am not typically one to make a review but 4 months after our 'vacation' I am still horrified.

Her description of how nice the place was did it no justice at all. I absolutely loved the cozy feel of the place. The room was extremely immaculate. Floor so clean I could see my reflection!! The room we got had a full kitchen and a dining room table. The pool stayed open at night and because its just a small complex no one else was out on the first night and we were able to enjoy the beautifully lit pool and jacuzzi in the Florida night air alone. Towels were readily available along w/ sunscreen if we needed it. The next night I met Jay and Wayne out at the pool. They own and operate the guesthouse. I LOVE GREAT customer service and usually you can't even have a conversation with the owners. The day we checked out we weren't hounded about the time. It was storming terribly but most places wouldn't have cared they just want you out at check out. LOL. **Oh yeah and I forgot to mention that the property has a gate around it giving it a feel of safety, security and coziness. WE will definitely be back there and you should go too!! :)
