I am happy to report that my wife and I were successful in closing on our very first house this week. I was able to qualify on a conventional loan with 3.125% interest. Considering my credit status of the past, I was happy. And with a less down payment than expected, I couldn't be more happy. Though I never got to meet with him in person, the contactless document process was a breeze, and anytime I had a question, Aaron and Dawn were there quickly to answer questions. One if the things that attracted me the most to working with Aaron was the network he has established. I chose to offer the buyer's agent 2% for bringing me a buyer and at my price point, it was still a good payday for the agent and broker.
