I'm embarrassed I haven't written a review before today -- but just today (01.12.22 around 9:00am) the Manager named Greg at the Monroe Ave site REALLY gave EXCEPTIONAL service. Two cars (mine was one) were having issues with the sticker for unlimited washes, and he helped both of us at the same time -- making it so neither of us had to get out of our car, didn't have to pull around or come in, he handled BOTH of our issues in the time it took for our cars to go thru the wash and then he met us at the other end to give us receipts. SO friendly the entire time. Everyone at this site is always super cheerful and helpful -- but he REALLY went the extra mile for two of us! We came here for the Budget truck rental pick up. While waiting for my car wash I went back on the website on my phone and read it again and indeed it said free deluxe car wash. I showed the same lady that took my money and she said the website was wrong. I told her I wanted to see the manager and she said she was the manager and wouldn't give me a refund for the car wash. I called my friend and told her about this experience and specifically used the words "scam" and "ripoff", which seemed to scare the "manager". She ended up giving me the refund after I got off the phone. The service was pretty quick and no frills. I had to have them redo a few spots that they missed on the seats. Other than that, had the whole pricing thing not happened, I would've come back because the service was decent and price was alright.
