She often walked into appointments without even greeting me, her first words were usually just, "Any problems?" Her demeanor was scripted, robotic, and completely impersonal. The office itself was disorganized. My records were "lost" multiple times due to fax issues, and nothing was ever followed up on properly. The medical assistant barely interacted, only taking vitals before leaving the room, looking visibly unhappy to even be there like the rest of the staff. Dr. Rosario repeated the same lines and hand gestures at every appointment as if I were on an assembly line, and I am convinced she never actually reviewed my prior labs or growth scans as she missed important things that should have been addressed. She wears an N95 mask throughout every appointment making her hard to understand and even more impersonal. When I asked about delayed cord clamping, she told me she only does 30 seconds and claimed there was "no evidence" for longer, which is completely outdated and dismissive of current research. This is not the level of care anyone deserves, especially in such a vulnerable stage of pregnancy. If you want a doctor who actually listens, reviews your history, and treats you like a human being, look elsewhere. Luckily I was able to transfer care before birth.

Despite this, she smiled, nodded, and scheduled me for a tubal ligation without my knowledge or consent, effectively planning a surgery I had explicitly refused multiple times. I even asked the front desk to remind the doctor to submit paperwork for a bilateral salpingectomy, and the nurse confirmed that Dr. Rosario went ahead and tried to get insurance clearance for a tubal ligation.. the procedure I had repeatedly said I did not want and did not consent to. So no, this was not an accident on her part. During my appointment, Dr. Rosario falsely claimed that removing my tubes does not reduce ovarian cancer risk, which is medically incorrect. The procedure she scheduled (tubal ligation) carries higher chances of future pregnancy and provides less medical benefit, while creating unnecessary risks. At least two staff members were aware my requests were ignored and told me in hushed tones to seek care elsewhere. This clinic demonstrates blatant disregard for patient consent, medical accuracy, and safety. Get everything in writing, double-check your procedure, and strongly consider going elsewhere. I have already reported her to the Arizona Medical Board and contacted the Attorney General concerning her blatant violations.

Advanced Women's Care and Omnia Women's Health bill women a staggering $784.09 for a routine…read more"previously established patient 18-39 years old" wellness exam and Pap smear. To make matters worse, this does not even include the separate laboratory fee for the Pap smear, which adds another $140 to $250--bringing the billed total to nearly $1,000!! Google this right now: "How much does a women's wellness exam and Pap smear cost in Arizona?" It is not $1,000. But I am a self-pay patient, so they applied a discount YAY! My bill is $353.71, plus $144 directly to the lab--a grand total of $496.71. Again, look up the average cash-pay rate in Arizona; it will not say $500! Why is it so high here? Thanks for asking. Well at this darling practice, a standard pelvic exam is NOT considered part of a women's wellness exam! Unbelievable and unacceptable! Here is the breakdown they charged me: PREV ESTABLISHED VISIT 18-39 YEARS OLD Charge Total is = $457.12 Self-Pay Discount = $182.85 PELVIC EXAMINATION Charge Total is = $88.28 Self-Pay Discount = $35.31 OBTAINING SCREEN PAP SMEAR Charge Total = $173.57 Self-Pay Discount = $69.43 HANDLING AND/OR CONVEYANCE OF SPECIMEN FOR TRANSFER FROM OFFICE TO A LABORATORY Charge Total = $ 47.12 BRIEF EMOTIONAL/BEHAV ASSMT Charge Total = $ 18.00 Pap Smear Lab (billed separately) - $144 Wow, what a beautifully transparent breakdown of costs! How did I get that? Great question, thanks for asking. Well, by going into my patient portal of course (on May 12th 2026) and asking for it. Then be completely ignored and ask again on May 23rd. Then ask twice on June 2nd because they are not directly answering you. June 3rd they give you some BS and don't send you an itemized bill so you ask for a manager. June 8th ask for an itemized bill and manager again. June 15th as for a supervisor and itemized bill again. June 16th they say "Can you your email address." And you ask them to send you your itemized bill through the secure patient portal. June 18th you send them "Because you has repeatedly refused to provide the legally required itemized statement for the $784.09 gross charge and have evaded all requests to speak with a supervisor, I have officially filed a formal consumer complaint against this facility with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division." Then FINALLY on June 24th 2026 you get this breakdown. It was just that easy! So anyway, do not go here. They use deceptive billing practices. Even if you have good insurance and pay $0 for screenings, do you want to participate in them extracting this much money from women for basic preventive healthcare?! Do not participate in this shit.

*Dismissed, Gaslit, and Left Bleeding for 90+ Days*…read more I am deeply disappointed by the care I received at Omnia Women's Health Center on Estrella Parkway. I was referred here after going to the ER because I had been bleeding continuously for several weeks and passed a blood clot approximately the size of a golf ball. At my first appointment, blood was drawn, and I was scheduled about a month later for an endometrial biopsy related to a fibroid. Additional testing showed Hashimoto's disease, extremely low testosterone, and a cyst on my right ovary. I was told I would receive a referral to an endocrinologist for the Hashimoto's, but that referral never happened. I also received no meaningful treatment guidance and ultimately went through my PCP. The biopsy itself was one of the most painful medical experiences of my life. I was told to expect only mild discomfort or a "pinch." Instead, the pain was excruciating. I screamed multiple times during the procedure. My body actually went into shock from the intensity of the pain. That was not something I chose, exaggerated, or could control. I became extremely nauseated and dizzy, nearly passed out, and could not stand up for almost 30 minutes. My husband had to pick me up because I was unable to drive. I continued to experience significant pain for two to three days afterward. Rather than acknowledging that my body had reacted to severe pain or discussing whether pain management or numbing options should have been offered, the provider told me my reaction happened because I had not eaten breakfast and had not relaxed enough. I found that response dismissive, insulting, and a refusal to take responsibility for the pain caused by the procedure. The bleeding continued. By approximately 80 days of continuous bleeding, I called the clinic begging for help because I was soaking through pads every one to two hours. I was told the bleeding was caused by the biopsy, even though I had already been bleeding for more than two months before the biopsy. The fact that my bleeding happened to be lighter on the day of the procedure was used to minimize what I was reporting. It was lighter because I had passed another large clot the day before, which temporarily reduced the flow. After being placed on hold multiple times, I was eventually told that a 10-day prescription had been sent in. Ten days after that call, I arrived for my scheduled appointment to discuss my extremely low testosterone. The front-desk employee told me the appointment was at another location, even though I had never been seen anywhere else. She insisted that because she had scheduled it, she knew she had told me. I did not argue because by that point I was exhausted by the dismissive treatment. I was offered another appointment an entire three weeks later. I left and immediately contacted my PCP for referrals to a new gynecologist and an endocrinologist. I was originally excited to visit a practice that appeared to have an all-female staff because I believed I would be taken seriously and treated with dignity. Instead, I felt judged, ridiculed, dismissed, and repeatedly gaslit during a frightening medical situation. My experience was that this clinic prioritized appointment volume and scheduling over careful, compassionate patient care. I spent 22 years in the military and have experienced healthcare that was sometimes less than ideal, but this was an all-time low. At the time of writing this review, I am still bleeding after approximately 90 days.

If I could give this office negative stars, I would…read more I have never experienced such a complete failure of patient care. Let's start with the timeline. I waited six weeks just to get an appointment, another week to have the ultrasound, and it has now been more than three weeks since the ultrasound was completed. During that entire time, I have received zero proactive communication from this office. Not one phone call. Not one portal message. Not one update. Every single contact has been initiated by me. Every week I call, I get the same canned response: "The doctor hasn't reviewed your ultrasound yet." Apparently, an ultrasound ordered because of severe pain and abnormal bleeding can simply sit for weeks while the patient is left to suffer. I was told the office manager would call me. That never happened. Just another empty promise from a practice that seems completely incapable of following through on even the most basic aspects of patient care. Meanwhile, I am living with horrific daily abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, and irregular menstrual cycles. Their solution while they let my ultrasound collect dust? A muscle relaxer. Not an answer. Not a diagnosis. Not an expedited review. Just a muscle relaxer that does absolutely nothing to address the reason I'm in pain. To make matters worse, I developed a swollen lump near my lymph node while waiting for someone to review my ultrasound. When I brought it to their attention, I was essentially told it wasn't their problem because it wasn't on my breast and that I should see my primary care physician instead. My primary care physician can't move forward because we are still waiting on the very ultrasound results this office refuses to review. So here I am--stuck in medical limbo because the one office responsible for my care can't be bothered to do theirs. I have a documented family history of cervical, uterine, and ovarian cancers. Whether my ultrasound ultimately shows something serious or not is almost beside the point. No patient should spend weeks wondering if they have cancer while repeatedly begging a medical office to review a test that has already been completed. The emotional toll of this experience has been overwhelming. I am not just frustrated--I am scared. Every day that passes without answers is another day spent wondering whether something serious is being missed while this office does absolutely nothing. This isn't simply poor customer service. This is a complete breakdown in communication, accountability, and basic patient care. A medical practice should never leave patients chasing their own results, making repeated phone calls that go nowhere, receiving broken promises from management, and suffering without a plan while everyone shrugs and says, "The doctor hasn't reviewed it." If this is how they treat a patient with severe symptoms who is actively calling for help, I can't imagine how many other people have been left waiting and wondering. I would not trust this office with my healthcare again, and I strongly encourage anyone considering becoming a patient here to ask themselves one question: If you were in severe pain and worried you might have a serious gynecologic condition, would you want your ultrasound sitting unreviewed for more than three weeks while no one from the office even bothers to call you back? I know my answer.

This place does don care about patients health at all. I had an appointment scheduled for a small issue that needed to be taken care of in a timely manner. Ok appointment set. Call back a week before appointment to see if they had and cancel see if maybe could get in early. Woman on the phone tells me no. And not only no but the appointment that I have in 7 days will not work because it's not ten min longer. Sched for insertion not replacement. I said well that is not my problem that their computer scheduled me wrong it's literally their system. Makes me reschedule for another 3 weeks out. Mind you something expires soon. Then two days ago I received a VM saying that the provider changed their schedule and need to change out to further date. This is absolutely unacceptable and when I brought up to the scheduling nurse she had about as much care to help as a lizzard would. Asked for a call back from office manger and had heard nothing. Beware ladies during this important time of your life. There are many places to choose from.

Unfortunately, my experience during my third pregnancy has been completely different. I have now been to the ER THREE times in the last two weeks due to ongoing and severe symptoms. Each time, the doctors treating me have strongly urged me to follow up with my OB as soon as possible. You would think that getting an appointment with your OB after being repeatedly sent to the ER would be a priority. Instead, I have called every single day and cannot get through to a live person. I am repeatedly sent to a prerecorded machine. I have also submitted multiple appointment requests through the website, and I still have not received a response or been able to speak with anyone. I am currently pregnant and trying to get appropriate prenatal care, yet I cannot even get someone to answer the phone or schedule an appointment. This is not just frustrating--it is unacceptable. Patients should not have to repeatedly go to the ER because they cannot get in contact with their OB's office. I have always spoken highly of this practice because of my previous experiences, especially because of how wonderful my midwife has been. That is what makes this situation even more disappointing. I truly hope the office recognizes how serious this communication issue is and makes changes, because pregnant patients should not have to fight this hard just to receive basic prenatal care

I went to my appointment at 40 weeks, and we decided to schedule another appointment for the following week to discuss the option of induction if the baby did not come. When the baby didn't arrive, I went for my appointment, but the receptionist informed me that Dr. Brotsky had gone on vacation and wouldn't return for a week. I understand that people have lives, but this information hadn't been communicated to me, and I was 41 weeks pregnant. I felt abandoned. I wanted to speak with a nurse practitioner at least to ensure the baby's safety, but they told me I didn't need to talk to anyone and instructed me to call the hospital in three days to schedule an induction. I experienced a lot of anxiety waiting for the baby and having no backup plan. Three days later, the hospital called me and asked me to come in within 40 minutes because apparently, Dr. Brotsky had scheduled an induction for me, but no one had informed me. We rushed to the hospital. Dr. Brotsky returned for the birth even though I had been told she was gone for a week. After practicing pushing with her a few times, she left me with the nurse. I had an epidural so I was not feeling contractions and the monitor was not working and not reading them. I was pushing but not making progress. When I asked Dr. Brotsky to come back, she responded with, "How can I help you?" when I was so vulnerable and needed guidance and support. Once she arrived, my baby was born in 20 minutes. So she could have helped by simply doing her job!!! I am grateful that both my baby and I are healthy, but I couldn't have the birth I had envisioned because of poor communication and planning. I don't recommend Dr. Brotsky. While she seems to care, it feels insincere, and in reality, she does not seem to prioritize her patients' needs.
