My lashes always look great. Genieve does a fabulous job. Very professional and knows how to do lashes. I have been to 4 different lash salons over several years and DekaLash is far superior. The only thing I don't like is the ability to reschedule ur appt is something like an emergency arises. I do understand & I do not blame them for having this policy. I just wish there was more flexibility. The nail salon I go to has the same practice and again I get it, but not everything in life is black and white. I would stay and I have recommend this salon. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in for a full set on Saturday and by Monday, 75% of my lashes had fallen out. The glue looked SO thick and obvious and not close to my root whatsoever. I did not use oil products or have even had a long hot shower since getting them. My lashes were supposed to the "natural" style and they were not gradual in sizing whatsoever, the tech rushed the entire time, and when she pulled on my real lash would say "sorry" or "oops". SO many of my real lashes have fallen out from going to this place. I'm so upset because I'm now out $80 from going here and pretty sure I can't get lash extensions again because all my real lashes have fallen out. Pic below for 2 days after getting set. read more

i went to the new cibolo location I was very disappointed. I showed the tech a picture of what I want it. I specifically said no natural look and that's what she gave me even though I specifically ask I didn't want that. And they still charge me $159 for something I was very unsatisfied with. I will never go there again . I wasted 3 hrs of my time and money and the look is awful Pictures below is what I wanted long wispy look and I got small natural and the pic don't depict how small they actually where , I went home and took them off so I didn't take a before or after picture. read more

Hybrid lashes look like classics, I'm used to a more full dramatic look for a hybrid, for the price, I wouldn't pay to come back. Staff was very nice and professional. I feel like I got my money played for wanting a hybrid and walking out with lashes that looked like a pretty natural classic look, if I'm gonna drop close to $200 I want my money's worth. Told the girl the length I was used to having 12-15 and a more dramatic length... I feel like my lashes look better on with mascara on in my opinion, she definitely used a shorter length or just went based on work guideline length and not towards want the customer (me) wanted.. if it was extra to get the look I wanted I would have paid for it. The lash I walked out with is still pretty, just very very natural looking, it's great if you want to go in for something subtle. read more

Made a last minute appointment because my girl cancelled. I did the quick lashes knowing it wouldn't be the best but high hopes. I left on mascara forgetting but she cleaned them. Then begins putting them on and goes "there's still mascara so that will effect it's adhesive." I've never had this problem before as most would clean it well or send me to the restroom to get it off before starting. Then she said "oops" two times while doing my lashes. Needless to say, over 4 wisps have already fallen off since yesterday afternoon and I have gaps. Don't do it, save your money and put it towards better service read more

I went to a Dekalash in North Carolina and they did an amazing job-listened to what I wanted and I walked out with stunning eyelashes. This place is definitely NOT that!!! I went 4 times and each time was worse than the previous. You couldn't even tell that I spent close to 2 hours getting my lashes done!! Save your money and buy a good mascara-it will look much better than anything they can do for a fraction of the cost!! read more
