Worst experience ever... I was $120 for something I would have paid about $90 for I Austin.. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was so awful! I will never go there again and do NOT recommend it! They absolutely do not put any effort in to what I paid for! So many better places to go to! read more

Very nice ladies! I feel badly even writing this, but I don't want anyone else to have the same experience especially for the price! It's very very expensive in my opinion. Regular pedicure is $40. Dipped nails were $50 and that' seems a little high, but I'm more concerned about how bad they look for how much I paid:( very disappointed. If they weren't closing down and pushing me out 25 mins before they even closed I would have asked them to please fix my nails. read more

I feel conflicted writing this review but I'm sharing with the best of intentions and am only sharing the truth. I'm no longer going to go here-- for several reasons. I love the location and the staff have been so nice and sweet. But, I've been getting acrylic nails for 25+ years and for whatever reason, ever since coming here, I have experienced my nails LIFTING on a regular basis and also regularly having 1 nail or 2 break off right at the center of the nail. I've had to go out and buy nail glue and try to glue my nails back on which never works: even my husband said to me "you've never had to glue your own nails back on before, why don't you go to a new place?". Then I thought about it and considered the other thing that bothered me -- they regularly ask you if you can pay in cash or pay your tip in cash. I've felt guilty that I don't carry cash- and I have actually gone and made special trips to CVS to get cash back from a purchase solely for the purpose of giving these people their tip in cash because of how they acted when I was going to tip with credit card. That's not our job, to worry about a business owner not wanting to pay taxes on tips. It really started to get on my nerves that I was guilting myself into worrying about having cash on hand to tip these people-- when, by the way, the prices for nails here are more expensive than other salons everywhere. After my husband noticed that about my nails needing to be glued all the time-- I finally decided to call it quits. I just went to a new salon yesterday- it was $20 less for a new set btw. I'm betting I won't have any lifting, and I also tipped on the credit card with no pressure for cash. ;-0 read more

Best nail salon by far in Dominion/Leon Springs/Fair Oaks area. I just moved in the area and tried multiple salons for trial in error and nothing compares to this salon. Bim did my manicure/dip powder and pedicure. My nails are symmetric and flawlessly done. If you picky and love for your nails to look amazing, go visit this salon. read more

Nice place and location, staff was friendly. The nail service fell flat, this was my first time getting a mani shellac. I left not feeling like I had a manicure but a polish change. I had more gel under my nail and surrounding skin which feels icky and my nail stuck to my skin. They use the corse nail files on regular nails which just destroyed my real nails. I wish they took a little more time in cuticle removal and shaping nails without the jagged edges. read more

This is normally my favorite place to catch a lux spa pedicure....unfortunately, I was sadly disappointed this time. I will say, the staff is super sweet. But my walk-in pedicure was over 30 minutes of sitting in a chair with an empty tub being told every 5 minutes that they were coming. Please just be honest and say how long it will be. I can always come back. The technicians must be short handed bc they were constantly abandoning their current clients to help with new ones walking in or answer the phone. This is fine, but to double up on clients is rude (one guy was literally hopping from me to another client to another client). This is unacceptable. ESP since this place is more expensive than most. One expects to get quality one on one service. Also, removing the shellac from my toes was excruciating and VERY rough. Same with the buffing. Ouch. I used to love love love this place, but I noticed it is also starting to look at bit worn down. The chairs are molting and falling apart. The prices are insane. It was a $30 BASE pedicure (not bad), but when I paid, she said it was $50. $20 extra for shellac. Wait what?? No one charges that much extra for shellac. Not sure that I will be back. I am really sad about this. Just don't go here. read more
