Here's an update to the owner's response as you can see before. Yeah, I did put makeup on. The lash lady told me not to put makeup on for 24 hours and that's what the owners are arguing. But I put my makeup on exactly 24 hours after I got my lashes done at 12pm. They're claiming that since I wore makeup, that is why half of my lashes fell off the next day. But in direct response to that, half of my lashes fell off WAY BEFORE I ever put makeup on. In fact, the second after I got into my car after my Deka appointment, I looked into the mirror to see eyelashes on my face already. Not even 5 minutes after leaving lashes already started falling off without me laying a finger on them. How can you say it's my makeup that loosened the lashes when half of them were ALREADY off before I put makeup on? I didn't shower or get my eyes wet before the 24 hours either. I went to a local lash place and paid another $80 for refills. You want to know what my lash lady said? She was shocked at the job that the first technician done. She called it sloppy. She told me that they did a messy job and that the lashes were so far from the root that they were all hanging off, hence why they all fell off. I'm not that upset at the complimentary fix being taken away from me. I thought the lady told me any time but if that's not the case, then I apologize for that. I obviously heard wrong and that's not on you guys for taking my complimentary fix away. That still doesn't change my review of a 1 star though. I'm actually glad they took my complimentary fix away because if I got them done at Deka lashes, they would have fallen off the next day again. So I'm glad my appointment was considered a no show and I was forced to go to a place that actually knew how to do lashes. read more

I was a little nervous to get my lashes done because it was my first time and I didn't want anything too drastic. I worked with Ana and she was GREAT. She was very thorough and explained everything that she was doing. She listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I wanted. She went over the different lash looks I could get as well as her recommendations. My lashes look so natural, I LOVE THEM! I will definitely be back! Buyer beware!! My lashes fell out within 5 days they did not refund me. They said i coukd come back and have same technician redo them. No thanks, i spent over $200 on these lashes. Customer service is awful, nobody care and good luck trying to speak to a real person read more

I purchased a volume set for my vacation the following day. As soon as I got in the car after my appointment, the lashes started falling out. After 3 days, the lashes almost completely fell out. Paid $150 and spent 2 hours there for them to come out within a few days and look awful for my vacation. I contacted the store to ask for a refund, which they said they couldn't do. Have been going to that location since a mid August. I like to go always to the same person and I tip well ($20) I usually book every two weeks Two weeks ago an issue has been raised with my lash specialist about being allergic to my perfume ( chanel Noir or bottega veneta) So I did not use any for my session today. However I've been met with a cold shoulder anyway. Right from the start my lash girl said she will cut the session to 30 min ( full session is 1h) because I'm wearing a perfume and she will have to take shower afterwards (?) Me being a non argumentative person, and knowing I will be charged anyway, since they keep my Amex on file, I decided to simply suck it up. However when she finished in the next 20 min my blood has been boiling. I told her I was mistreated and I expect to be charged half only. Now the 1h session is 110 Well, I checked my Amex app and I am being charged $80. On top of totally wasting my time and leaving me lash free right before Thanksgiving, I had to pay for all of this regardless. I would like to raise one thing. I am a very generous person and I would not take down a person (especially a woman) who is not on the same financial level as me. But the ignorance of this lady is breathtaking Needless to say, there was no 20 dollar tip today. I consider this behavior unfair. If she does not to want to deal with me, just say it and I'll find a different person. But do not put me into a surprise situation like this and charge me almost full for this. Terrible customer service. Both of my scheduled appointments that were booked over the phone were scheduled incorrectly and I could not get my services done on 2 different days that I came in! I spent $160, drove 2 hours and left with 0 lashes applied. Called to complain and no care was given about all the mistakes and hassle. I got my first ever lash lift and tint here and it didn't go very well. The women was very nice but the tint was left all on my lower and upper lash line. My lashes also did not lift at all. I was not very impressed and disappointed because these were not cheap! read more

I've been going to Deka Lash for over a year, but this specific location since it opened in the summer. Veronica is a true artist who takes her time and creates a beautiful set of lashes every appointment. I follow the directions to not get the lashes wet for 24 hours (including steam from cooking/cleaning & sweat from working out) and I can go days if not weeks between seeing even a single lash fall out. If you want to look and feel beautiful from the second you wake up until the moment you go to bed- go see Veronica. You won't be disappointed! read more

I am actually extremely impressed with my experience here. I have gotten lash extensions at several other places and this was the best experience I've had getting extensions by far! My lash artist was Natalie and she was so great. It was so relaxing I actually fell asleep. I never had any burning in my eyes during the process like I did at another place.
