I have been going to the salon for 4 years and have almost every single service. Then I came across a review that struck me as vial and full of anger. If you have a complaint of service that is one thing but to attack persons based on nationality or any other God given thing you are now just being hateful. After two sessions I requested a touch up as my brows were visibly uneven. The staff declined to correct the brows indicating that my face was "not symmetrical" (which is true for virtually everyone - they are not putting straight lines on a perfect square). I was told that "additional work" would be a minimum of $100 more. Their standards for quality and accountability to make right any problems with services performed did not meet my expectations. One thing to note, they used a different henna that dries in 5 mins and resembles more of a red or black sharpie marker once you wash it off.
