I went for a lash lift with a friend, neither of us ever having any type of lash service done. Both of us had Raquel and loved our service. We were beyond satisfied and will definitely be returning. Carly is the absolute best and I'm so happy she has her own place as the hard work she puts in is visible in every aspect of Parlor. Carly is the type of salon owner and hairdresser/stylist that you can trust with your hair (and lashes). I have never been so confident and trustworthy of someone with my hair as much as I have with her, and I love being able to allow her to play around with my hair- I love everything's she's done and/or recommended throughout the years I've known her. She is beyond passionate and dedicated and you can see it throughout her work and business. The salon itself represents her and everything is extremely welcoming and inviting. I have followed Carly for years and when she finally decided to take the plunge and open her salon...I followed without hesitation. Carly and her crew bring a fun young vibe to the salon experience where you feel pampered. They offer you coffee or a glass of wine while offering consultative services to make sure you leave looking your best. I read another review complaining about drinking. Oh come on! I look forward to my glass of wine while waiting for my color to take. The stylists are top notch. Great little hidden gem!! Needed a few pounds taken off the top and my regular stylist went rogue on me. I can count on one hand how many people have cut my hair and still have fingers left over so you can imagine my demands. But Taylor lived through it...my daughter sent me some pics from her social media and everything I asked for she did...she wasn't even taken back by the fact that I wouldn't let her wash, style or fuss with my hair when we were done. Carly is not only very professional in running her business but she is extremely talented. I will never go to another salon. Going to Parlor Three One Five was the best decision I have ever made for my hair!!! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was treated like I had been going there for years. I love this salon. It's a very open and relaxed atmosphere, with good music always playing and a welcoming staff. I've never had a problem with booking an appointment, and the prices are very fair for the quality of service you receive. My stylist Kelly has always done the best job with my hair, and I can't imagine going anywhere/to anyone else for cuts and color! My daughter was interested in having an undercut. I decided to give Taylor a try. When making the appointment, through various interactions, she was courteous, patient and down to earth. Upon our arrival, we were greeted and Taylor asked my daughter what design she was interested it. After a bit of discussion, Taylor started. I have been a customer for about 3 years. Carly is my hair stylist. I love that she knows exactly what would look good on me and I can trust her with my hair. I have never been disappointed. I just started taking my 14 year old to her as well. She did natural Bayalage on her curly hair and it was beautiful. It did not damage her hair.
