I told her and my lash tech I'm not getting any messages about a deposit. As a service provider myself I have my clients make a deposit at the time of booking so l have no problems making a deposit. Every time I visit this location and she's not at the front desk I have no issues. One time when I arrived she was at the front desk with at least two other ladies and when I entered I saw her hush the other ladies. Weird. The last straw I make an appointment arrive and she tells me they called me and left messages to inform me that my lash tech is not there. Only email and text I received was to confirm my appointment. This is unfortunate. I really liked the lash techs work.

I decided to write a review today because I adore the new receptionist who was working on 1/4. You never know how much you can communicate due to the language barrier of the employees, but she made sure we were heard and came by in the middle of our service to check up on us. When she sat us, She changed one of the TVs to sports for my husband who I drag to the salon, so that was pretty special to us. Its not a quiet place most times, but the service is great, and at the end of the day, a great massage & pedicure is all i want. It seems really family friendly around here bring headphones if you want to drown out conversations.

So I go to pay and I get my text and email and the guy checking me out said it didn't go through. I literally show him the phone, I'm showing you it went through. He insisted it didn't go through. I had to be at work soon, so whatever i knew I would contact Venmo and handle it- so I pay NOW with my bank card and that worked as well. So I was charged twice. Because he did say sometimes Venmo will say pending and not complete, and I agree this does happen but I knew they were being scammy. So contacted Venmo and here is this review. Just careful with this place. I'm still trying to get my money back. I also screenshotted both successful transactions, so if anyone wants to lie I have the proof. It sucks because my eyebrows did look really good but I much prefer to take my business somewhere else where they don't scam. Ultimately, they could been worse. Unfortunately, they WOULD have been worse if I hadn't pointed out mistakes along the way. I had to correct the shaping multiple times when nails were crooked or thick, and I still left with nails that are slightly crooked and a little too thick. One of my fingers also has product cured onto it, which I only noticed after the fact. I also noticed that this establishment reuses files, which is a hygiene nightmare. These cost me $55, but the work doesn't reflect that price. The man doing my nails was very nice and I do think he tried, but I won't be back. The website said they specialize in doing art on nails, but that doesn't matter if you can't do the basics of shaping and filing properly. See attached pictures for issues I had.

After moving to Orlando two years ago and experiencing the frustrations of finding someone and then not getting what I wanted I gave up and switched to waxing. I gave it an honest try and tried to like it but it just never quite fit me. I even felt like I found a place that I could call my home to have my brows waxed but sadly, I just wasn't satisfied. Threading gives me the precise, neat, defined looked that I want my eyebrows to have. Threading has a tendency to hurt more than waxing but it's worth it especially if you find someone who doesn't have "heavy hand". (Heavy hand refers to the amount of pressure the threader applies.) My eyebrows look good and I don't have to use makeup to fill it in nor to create the shape I'm after. When I met Niki I explained my frustrations and she assured me that I was in good hands. I went over how I want them to look - cleaned up, full, and my natural shape left in place. I really don't like the artificial looking brows that's created when makeup is applied to it. I tried to like it but it's just not for me. Niki did great and I'm looking forward to going to back for all my threading needs. She also does Henna tattoo's whichd my daughter's had the pleasure of getting theirs done at the easter egg hunt on Saturday. They love it. I'm looking forward to getting mine soon.
