Overall, I had a great experience coming here for my first time. My mom has been in town for Thanksgiving, and we thought it would be a nice idea to go and get our nails done. This was my first time as well as my mom's trying to Dior nail bar. Parking was easy in the front of the salon. We had called ahead and made our appointment for two gel manicures, and two regular pedicures, they were able to accommodate us same day. Upon walking in, we were greeted by one of the technicians, Jing, and she pulled up our appointment and had us sit in the pedicure chairs. We chose the number three pedicure, which allowed us to choose our scent for the pedicure service. My technician ended up being Jing, and my mom had another technician. They give you a warm neck wrap during your service, and it is very relaxing. Both our pedicures were great, we saw them pulling out fresh products to use on each of us. I did not see fresh utensils like files and cutters taken out of fresh packaging, so I can't be sure they were disinfected. That made me a big nervous, but we continued on with the service. After finishing our toes, we were both escorted to the manicure stations. They were able to sit next to each other again, which was nice, as the salon was not very busy during the week. Our services both turned out great, my only concern was not seeing the tools being taken out of fresh packaging. Each of our services were done in sync, and we finished at roughly the same time. At the end of the service after we paid, we were given a candle. I am still not sure if this is a candle for coming in as a first time customer or if this was for the holidays? Either way the candle is very cute, and I was happy to receive it. In total, we paid $195 for our services combined. We tipped $40 on top of that. I thought the price was fair. read more

Overpriced - $195! Plus 20 tip I was charged $10 extra per toenail just to add acrylic - and my nails are short! I got the $75 pedicure and was charged $20 for the toes, when it's usually $5 each. Ridiculous. On top of that, I had an allergic reaction to their products on both feet. Not even a bottle of water was offered - seriously? I never complain, but this time I felt like I had to. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere with reasonable prices. I usually pay between $130 to $150 total - never $220 - and that's when my nails are long with a shape. The only reason I am giving a 5 star is for the nail tech. The owners wife is racist and she always has something to say to me when I come to see my nail tech. I have been going to this nail tech for over 5 years but she was at another nail salon. But I really need to evaluate because if I am paying my money I should be getting excellent service all around. Especially from management when you great me as a paying customer. The vibe in the shop when dealing with my nail tech above and beyond. But dealing with owner wife below unsatisfactory! I came here for a pedi back in May 2024, I should have spoke up right then and there, because the girl started the pedi, the instruments were NOT IN A SANTITIZED container. I asked if they were sterlized, she said yes,,, I should of stopped right then and left. I got the worst toe infection I have ever had! I removed the nail polish a month later and my big toe was a strange color, I kept it cleaned and it got worse. Each month it looked worse, then my toe nail fell off!!! I was very unhappy with the service received they over charged me 70 for gradient I can't even tell is there is there. I asked for white gradient and it just looks light pink. I was very unhappy with the results and the price for what I got. Compared to services I've received in the past this one was very unprofessional multiple times people were helping and redoing my nails. I keep going back because the team is nice, but unfortunately not any more. It's too expensive for such bad quality. And with nail salons everywhere you have to give people a reason to come back. My sister's gel polish didn't last more than a week. It started changing colors. My really expensive gel x didn't last a week and started lifting from the bottom of the nails. My friend and I went to get our nails done before vacation. We've never been here but were in the area and decided to try it out. From the outside, it looked nice. I had a gel mani/pedi. She had a gel mani. I told the nail tech that I had to be done by a certain time. That time came & went with zero regard even though I kept reminding her. I feel that 90 minutes is plenty of time especially when I had both my toes & nails done at the same time but she kept drilling the polish off my toenails until they were paper thin. I was also shocked that a basic manicure was $30! Not including the gel upgrade. Typically a basic mani is no more than $15 at other places. They called it organic but literally my hands were soaked in a bowl of water with a slice of lemon. No special lotion, no nothing. Didn't even get a hand massage. My friends gel polish lasted 3 days before peeling off. You couldn't even tell I had a manicure since my cuticles looked horrible & the polish didn't come close to them. Lesson learned, not going back there. read more
