Don't come here! I came to get my nails done on Saturday for homecoming. The nails were fine, just got plain white French tips. $65 later... that's absurd. Then the week goes by and by Wednesday I've lost 3 nails... also absurd. So I come back to get three singular nails fixed... that'll be $12. So as a whole I paid $77 plus a 5 dollar tip for a set of plain white French tips. Sorry, you won't see me again. read more

I come to this salon all the time to do my nails. I can say usually 7/10 times I am happy with my nails. There have been instances I've been cut (with 2-3 different techs) and one in particular completely mutilated my cuticles. But now that I have my 1-2 favorite techs I only come to them. My worst ever experience was I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and they completely burned my eyelids and skin, very painful. They seriously need to change the wax. read more

My daughter and I had appointments for pedicures on Monday. Beautifully new re decorated salon. Sweet gentle technicians. A busy salon. Be careful when the receptionist is busy on the phone, people will get in front of you if you are too polite. Happened to me. I had an appointment, so it worked out. Worst nail salon ever and owner is the worst!! (See pictured!)   I went in just to do my coticules. They suggested I did extensions. Told them they would have to be short because I play the violin. The lady told me she would do the coticules after when she started the extension, then she gave all kind of reasons not to do them even when I protested that what I came in for and yes I would pay the extra $10. She wanted to apply nail polish I told her the nails were all different and the coticules were not done. The boss came over, he tried to tell me that the nails were the same then that it  was because of my own nails and fingers! I said I was leaving he said I had to pay full price! I said my nails are all different lengths and shapes, are not painted and my coticules are still there. Then he said $30  i said that was still too much but I paid. Then he had the nerve to ask me for the tip: I TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS CRAZY!!!! IF HE THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE A TIP FOR THAT!!! Then he said : You never come back! AND I SAID : YOU ARE REALLY CRAZY IF YOU THOUGHT I WOULD COME BACK HERE. I TRIED TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE OUTSIDE BUT HE CAME OUT. TOLD HIM I WOULD POST A NICE REVIEW!!!! SEE FOR YOURSELF, MY NAILS ARE NOT FINISHED, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND MY CUTICULES NOT DONE, YET I HAD TO PAY $30! AVOID THIS PLACE IT IS A DISASTER!!! My services were done this week therefore, Tonight I went in for my big toe nail polish to be fixed and was yelled at by the owner and had to tell him several times not to yell at me! Evidently they were closing early due to Christmas party. I had no idea because of course the website wasn't updated. I explained I was going out of town in am . Heck I even offered to buy a color that matched the gel polish I had on toes and leave. A gentleman was nice enough to take 5 mins to fix my polish! It's sad that business owners treat others like this .But I do not have to use your establishment and being that I live off of marsh I will tell everyone who I come in contact with. Sam ( nail artist) is wonderful and always a joy to spend my time and money. But tonight because of the owner ,5 mins you lost a $145 twice a month multiply that by 12 months out of the year! The lady was so nice to me and understood what I wanted. She gave me advice about doing fake nails or leaving my natural nails. I ended up using my natural nails with acrylic on top. The design is a chrome line French tip. I love my nails! Also, she would tell me to speak up if I didn't like the shape, color or design. I would definitely recommend. read more

Wow! What a wonderful experience! I was waited on hand and foot, literally! First things first, I did not make an appointment I just felt like I needed to get my nails re-done. I'll be honest they were a little sketch after vacation lol, anyhow I walked in and I knew I would have to wait a little because I didn't make an appointment, but that's OK.They acknowledged me right away came over and asked what I wanted, I wanted a mani pedi with French nails and gel nail polish, fasting drying and looks great no tips or dip for me today.. I waited approximately 10mins, they asked if I wanted to get them done at the same time. I was like, heck ya!! They are very professional and the salon is very clean. You must wear a mask but they sell them if you forget yours at home, and they have vast variety!! The pedicure was amazing I got the honey pearl volcanic pedicure smelled amazing with the paraffin, I really did feel like royalty! This left my feet so soft and moist! I will for sure be trying all the different types they offer. I was in and out within and hour and that's perfect for me!! I can't wait to go back!! I think I found my new nail salon!! Visited Royal Nails and Day Spa on a Sunday morning for the first time, walked out very pleased with the services provided. I arrived without an appointment and they were all booked but instead of turning me away or making me wait, the lady at the reception desk did my nails herself. I was looking to get a gel manicure, they offered a wide range of colors, including OPI. If you're into powder dip, they also have a wide selection available. The salon was very clean and is following COVID safety precautions. Masks are enforced for everyone in the salon and there are plexiglass dividers at every station. My nails came out flawless and I appreciated them squeezing me in. I definitely recommend booking an appointment in advance (at least on weekends). I look forward to returning. read more

I broke a nail and my salon was booked so I stopped by Royal Nails for SNS service. ($43.00 with tip) SNS has no odor and doesn't use UV light. It is supposed to have vitamins and calcium that strengthens your nails and makes it a healthier option. The dip stays beautiful and shiny for 10 days to 3 weeks. This salon had at least 50 fun colors to choose from. The salon is huge and can easily accommodate a large group of people. My nail technician was the owner and she immediately got down to business. Since I picked out a lovely fall color I was surprised to see dull brown being applied. Five fingers in I stated the obvious to the owner and she admitted to a color mix up. I let her know that I really do not want brown nails so she pleasantly made the necessary change. I was pleased by her work and enjoyed my time in the salon. In addition to nails they offer facials, massages, permanent makeup, tanning, eyelash extensions and body scrubs. Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome. read more
