Do not go here! I got a regular Mani Pedi and the polish never dried. So I went back the next day and showed them the mess my nails were in due to their nasty polish. A tech redid my nails simply removing the polish and putting on new polish. I had a 20 ready to give her for her time and effort, but as I was leaving, they said, "You owe us $27 for the polish change." Are you kidding me?!? Your polish was nasty, old, and didn't dry. Then the person who I presume might be the owner began to tell me it was my fault for selecting a regular manicure pedicure and not getting gel. I explained if they can't keep good products in stock, they shouldn't offer regular mani/pedis. She continued to tell me I was at fault because I did not get gel. Haven't been here in a minute! Im so glad I choose to come here for my nails! This nail salon is located in the Dr. Phillips marketplace and it was called something else before but I can see why they changed the name, when you walk in, everything is so new and clean! I waited for 30 minutes but I don't mind because it is a Sunday afternoon but the employees were very welcoming. While I waited for my nails to be done, I got a glass of red wine! I can't believe how much they tried to charge me and my 15-year-old daughter. They wanted $80 EACH for a fill-in with two nail designs! Our original full set with them (same length, same two designs) was only $75. How is a fill-in more expensive than the full set? This place is a total rip-off. They give you one price and then add on all these hidden fees, nail length fee, cut down fee, etc. Before they start I ask the price, they keep saying, 'I don't know how much this is, but I'll find out.' Yet, at checkout, they knew the exact price--$259. That's outrageous! There are other places where you can get a fill-in for $45, not $75-$80, which is as much as or more than a full set. They even charged me to cut my nails but never actually cut them. Don't waste your money here! My nails look horrible. I asked for particular design on ring finger and the guy did nothing close to it. The nails are way too thick so ill go somewhere else to get them redone. read more

My only complaint is that she didn't wash her hands, wear gloves or a mask and I really don't like people breathing on my face and touching it with unwashed uncovered hands. I came in for a long list of services and ended up leaving after barely one. I asked for an acrylic overlay on my big toes to add a little length for my pedicure. They ended up using a tip for some reason and in the weirdest way possible by layering two tips together. This ended up being really thick looking and ugly. After I saw how the tip was turning out and how long it was taking (30 minutes for an acrylic tip) and I informed them that I was leaving. I'm on vacation. I can't be in the salon all day. I'd say skip this place if you're short on time. I'm not sure about how well they do their services because I barely got one, and the place was empty, so I couldn't see their work on others. read more

I really want to give this place a great review because my technician does do nails fairly well and in a timely manner, but she is always late and not just by a few minutes. I had been a regular with Kathy for 4 years. I always made appointments and stuck to them and arrived on time. She on the other hand was always late. Many of my appointments were the first appointment of the day so it was not like she was running behind because a client before me was late, but that was always the excuse the few times I was not the first client or worse I was suppose to be the first appointment of the day but if a walk in came just minutes before my appointment began she took them and then told me she was running 30 minutes behind schedule. In fact when this started happening even at the very beginning, I overheard a nail tech tell another nail tech that they could not believe Kathy still had clients as she is always very late. Worse, she comes in late with a Starbucks in hand. I love Starbucks as much as anyone else, but if I am running late, my coffee trip gets cut. I kept putting up with this behavior for 4 years because she was good at her job, but the last 3 appointments I have made with her she either totally forgot (and admitted it was her fault for forgetting after she checked her text with my confirmed appointments) and or took a client just before my appointment and asked me to wait 30 minutes (but add another ten because she was always ten more minutes behind her extended time). Recently this pattern of behavior got worse and 3 consecutive times. Three strikes and you are out for me. There was no apology or even a text explaining. Nobody deserves to be treated that way. I always tipped 20 percent or more, gave her a Christmas bonus every year of cash and occasionally bought her Starbucks. I also had my husband go there for occasional appointments as well as sent a friend there who had a bad experience with Kathy too. So I left a few weeks ago and tried the newer nail salon Dr. Phillips Nail Spa in the same complex and have had the best experience. I value my time too much to put up with nail techs who are unprofessional and frankly with so many other salons in the area, I don't have to. read more

Last time I paid $65 for a luxury pedicure but the lady spent an hour with me and she did not do which is called scrubbing and massaging she just talking and spending time and wasting time and put on nail polish on my fingers. Other visit I went there after making an appointment and the lady showed me after 25 minutes and told me that she is busy right now even I made an appointment with her. She asked me to go over the different girl, who was very unprofessional and messed up with my all nails and after doing first hand, she said she cannot do it and the original lady which I made an appointment she said do not know when she can do it and I have to come back home with these incomplete nail work.
