In general, most Meijers are well stocked and have a nice selection - but not this location... always out and too small to offer selection. In fact Meijers is so competitively priced it is hard to shop elsewhere. However, this store is poorly run with staff that stand around, aren't helpful and are blatantly rude. What's more, upon one egregious interaction with an employee, I had a conversation with a manager - unapologetic, turned the situation into a me-problem and showed utter contempt for customers. Love this Meijer I drive 30 minutes one way to shop here, the workers are always friendly and the building is clean.

Once again just bought a bag of fresh oranges supposedly, got home and half the bag was rotted! Always having problems with meijer's fruit!

In general I like Meijer. They offer better prices than Hy-Vee and are the only store in the area that carries Gardien Nashville Hot style, which I love. Lately they have been out of certain products for consecutive weeks due to supplier issues beyond their control which I understand. What I do not understand is why each of the last two weeks I have shopped at Meijer I have seen multiple customers without a mask. There is a sign outside the doors that says a mask is required to enter. I wish their staff would enforce this. No mask, no shop. It's simple. Please stop allowing people without a mask to shop at your store and therefore put others at risk. On another note, at the self checkout, I do not like the circular lip around where the bags are. I bring my own bags and they do not fit well or balance because of this lip. read more

Well what can I say about a convenience store/ gas station that has a full food and snack menu on a beautiful digital display but no snacks or food. The manager is sort of this mean spirited I hate my job, I hate you attitude. The cashier was wonderful she smiled and was considerate. Asking how my day was and told me to have a good day. The store is clean and does have a decent selection for pops and a few prepackaged goods. It's just sort of odd speaking the gas station is so poorly stocked. I mean every morning they seem to not have coffee and fresh Pastries. The supermarket is right behind the place for goodness sake. read more

Love conversing with him every time I come in. Christina at the door greets me every time with a smile and knows where EVERYTHING is! Love this location!! Store is great except for customer service. Apparently my autistic son looks like a criminal. They follow him & at one time there were 4 employees who stared and pointed at him. I am really disappointed as we liked going to this store and my son liked picking out a game or movie as we neared the end of our shopping. I realize stores are having to deal with a record number of shoplifters but this happened 3 times we visited this store And it makes you feel bad. read more

I was so excited to find out they were coming to Sycamore ! But disappointed the Meat selection is very small, not much to choose from, I have had to go to a different store. Compared prices with another store and Meijer was more expensive. They have the M perks and I believe that's because the prices. The last few times I had gone a lot of the shelves were empty. I've always liked Meijer stores and when the opened one in our area, was very happy. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The store layout an aesthetics are pleasing. There is a great selection of everything you could need. My favorite part is the deluxe and expansive cheese section! read more

In general Meijer is great. This Meijer (Sycamore) is too small and limits selection in almost every category. Meat, dairy, produce, household, personal goods, all totally disappointing and so often end up having to go to multiple stores per week. It is not the "typical" Meijer. read more
