Yazmin also such a lovely person and helpfull through the rentals process. The ladies assisting follow up and follow through. The night of, Kaytlin kept everything in order and was direct, she was really nice while maintaining a strict follow through of instructions from the kids which took weight off my shoulders. I would not recommend based on my experience. The customer service was disappointing from start to finish. It felt like the focus was more on making extra money than providing good service. Almost everything came with an additional fee. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I felt like I was constantly being upsold or charged for things that should have been included. If you're considering booking with them, make sure you get every single fee in writing before signing anything. There are plenty of venues that are more customer-focused, and genuinely care about making your event special rather than finding ways to charge you more. read more

A family member of mine had her quinceañera at this hall, and it was a terrible experience. One of the biggest moments of the night was ruined because she walked in to the wrong entrance song. On top of that, they stopped serving food after only 2 hours, even though they had paid for the food service to continue for 4 hours. It was very disappointing to see such poor organization and not receive the services that were paid for. I would not recommend this venue based on our experience. I would not recommend this hall. Our contract stated that food would be served from 6:00-9:00 PM, but it was only served for about 2 hours. The DJ completely ignored the playlist we provided, and my entrance was ruined because the wrong song was played. On top of that, the staff was rude and seemed to charge extra for everything. To make matters worse, the day before my quinceañera, another event was allowed to dance on my custom dance floor sticker that I paid over $900 for. This place is amazing! Lots of parking with valet attendants, very beautiful fountain in front of the building, and excellent customer service! Even the security guards were very friendly and professional! The food was delicious! And they served us (photographer/videographer team) before the meal was served to guests, so that we could be ready when all the formalities of the event happen. The place is very well designed and decorated! The DJ booth is upstairs and out of the way! And the servers were well dressed and very attentive to guest's needs. They answer all questions... if any concerns occur they definitely make you feel at ease and reassure everything will be just fine! I just had my wedding at Del Banquet Hall on 9/10/22, and the venue looked absolutely stunning! Vivian, the venue manager was excellent to work with, and was very responsive. My husband and I had to move our wedding date due to the pandemic, and Vivian was very accommodating and we were able to change the date without any issues. We fell in love with the venue as soon as we step foot back in 2019. Since then, they've made several improvements and renovations to the venue, making it look even better and more elegant. When we walked into the venue on our wedding day, we were just in awe! Everything looked so beautiful! Aside from the venue, the staff was very professional and attentive. Jonatan, the bartender was very helpful and even gave us some ideas for our drink menu. The Mexican candy shots were def a hit! Highly recommend. Kevin, DJ Buddha/venue's engineer played great music while the Banda took brakes. My husband and I had previously advised Kevin that we wanted our guests to feel like they were at a club/rave, and he def understood the assignment! He even had strobe lights going which added a cool touch and gave it that club feel that we wanted. Our guests had a great time, and continue to compliment on how beautiful the venue was. Where can I start! I had to move my date twice due to covid and Vivian the owner was so accommodating. Not only are you booking the hall but you pretty much get free party planners they were constantly in contact with me about my events details. My guest were so happy and impressed with how everything was. Also the staff waiters , DJ , bartender really took care of me and my family. I really appreciated it them. I had my daughter's quince on September 2, 2023 in Del Banquet Hall. From the start I knew it was the perfect salón to have the party there. On the day of the event everything was beautiful and perfect the food was delicious everyone loved it. I highly recomend Del Banquet Hall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My first contact over the phone was definitely eye opening. Starting with the rude lady answering the phone, she has zero customer service skills. She seemed very annoyed at my basic questions. Not quite sure how this place is still in business. I tried to ignore the negative reviews and decided to give them a call. Our initial date for our wedding was couple of weeks before the pandemic and they were very understanding with postponing our wedding. I just had my daughter's Quince on June 3rd, at Delbanquet Hall. From the beginning to end the service was great. Jonathan the bar tender and his assistant were awesome. The food was great, and got so many compliments. After the party ended the staff packed everything that was left over for us to take. So I came here for a quinceañera a couple years back and thought it was a good looking hall. I requested a quote for a future event, and at first the girl that answered it seemed a bit annoyed. Not professional nor courteous, but the thing most insane part is their prices, I got quoted $195,00 for a basic packet (250 people) that didn't include food,staff, beverages and a bunch of other things, and $28,000 for the higher package! This is in the city of LYNWOOD, yes Lynwood! I'm not sure what they're on but that is outrageous. Not even The Majestic, a beautiful hall in DTLA charges this. They need to adjust their prices accordingly, I called other halls in surrounding areas and got quoted more than half of this. read more

Everyone from management Alma and Vivian, to Bartender Jonatan (my favorite) to Jose the DJ and the support team of servers, security and valet all display a top notch level of customer service and where very attentive to the needs of our guests. If I could I can give this place a - star this place changed management during the pandemic, the new management are very rude unprofessional and we feel discriminated by this people, they started by respecting the first contract that was signed before the pandemic started and they when up on there price, we ended up paying the difference because the date was very soon to the event, on the day of the ceremony the manager female and male sure made their best to try to screw the moment , they even when so far as telling the DJ who was having trouble with the power that they wasn't responsible to provide the electricity for us because we had choice to have the wedding celebration outside the hall because we couldn't pay to have it inside, that right there was absolutely noy true my sister wanted her wedding to be under the stars and we paid the same amount of money as to do it indoors, they closed the gates leaving important guests out of the party, and ended up telling our guests that it was only 2 drinks per person when we brought all the alcohol to be served as necessary, such of horrible and stressful situation , WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO NO ONE read more

If I could give this place a zero star rating I certainly would. My sisters recently celebrated her wedding here. And management at this place did everything they could to ruin the experience not only for her, but for the guest as well. Before the event everything was fantastic, they were helpful and understanding, the day of the event it was another story. To the point that when asked where we could find an outlet to connect a speaker they told me it was not their problem and to figure it out myself, I mean the older "gentleman" didn't even look up to address me just continue on doing what he was doing. At that point we were running around the place trying to figure shit out all on our own to star the ceremony I just left it at that didn't have time and or patience to deal with it then and went on to look for a solution myself, we thankfully did, not thanks to them. During the party they refused to allow guest in because according to them we had reached capacity, meanwhile half of our tables were sitting empty. When asked who was keeping count of the guest the lady in charge there said and I quote "I don't know Im busy, I have other events coming up" This is not how you treat people non the less paying costumers. I will say that their employees some of their security guards, valet parking and servers were really nice and helpful, But other than that it was a F@$ing shit show. The DJ had to call an electrician to be able to connect and use his equipment, although it had already been discussed, placement of the Dj and told everything would be perfect and ready for setup day of the event, had he not called an electrician we wouldn't even have had music.. (let me add they had people there that could have helped with that, but refused to help in ANY way to come up with a solution) I mean COME ON!!! This wedding had been postponed since before the pandemic, apparently they changed management since then even had my sisters pay more because "she had been quoted incorrectly, by the previous person in charge" there is a contract to prove this, let me correct that TWO contracts since they changed the 1st one. My sister did not let me know of this until after the fact, otherwise they would have heard from me sooner. I don't recommend this place if you want to host an event with the peace of mind that you and your guest will be taken care off and have the best time ever, because that is all people want when hosting a wedding party!!! the assurance that your guest will have an awesome time. These people are unprofessional and could care less about you and your guest. I am not want to live reviews if I don't like a place, the service so on and so forth I simply do not return. But THIS.. THIS is a one in a life time even, and the carelessness and arrogance from the people managing this place was unacceptable. I am sorry my sister had to go through this on the day of her wedding and I hope no one else has to. This community might not be that of millionaire costumers but it is of hard working people, and as that we deserve what we are paying for with our hard working money.
