UNPROFESSIONAL...DO NOT book here. Came on a Wednesday for a tour. Spoke with Clamency over the phone since she wasn't there and the date I requested was AVAILABLE. She made an appointment with me for the next day, in which, she didn't show or call to let me know she wasn't coming. However, she confirmed the date I requested will be held for me since she didn't show up and that I can bring the money and sign the contract the following day. Again, I showed up, she was there but the gate was closed, I called twice she wouldn't answer but sent me a text telling me that date magically isn't available. She finally called back to tell me choose another day and she'll take off $100. I spoke to her trying to make sense of the situation and she hung up in my face. Wasted so much of my time. My husband and I had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely beautiful. Clemency, carla, all the staff and security guards were amazing with us. Clemency was so sweet and was in communication with us at every step of the planning. My event was 01/25/25(Saturday) it was a complete success! CARLA is one of the main reasons. The banquet hall is spacious, a private room for "birthday person/bride", the hall was decorated beautifully, parking was great, the servers can't say enough about them- so sweet, security was very friendly and watched over us during the event. Which we had zero issues. During our first discussions with Clemency we felt well taken care of!! She was available at all times during the planning process when I had many questions. EVERYONE said how great and convenient this hall was but was unknown! I have a feeling it will be busy so hurry and book with Clemency....You won't regret it!! CARLA is THEE BEST!! I just had my birthday celebration here and can't stop raving about it. They worked with me with my initial deposit and made the process so easy. On the day of the event, Carla made sure the tables were set exactly as I wanted. I didn't use their catering services but everything was ready for my decorator, bar and caterer to arrive. We had our daughters quince a week ago and I can't express how amazing this venue is the owner and staff were absolutely helpful and very understanding with what I had in mind since day one when we went to go see the venue. She will work with you for payments and also the person she has as manager he is amazing very humble and helpful.... Bartender that they have 100% recommend, the lady for decor as well I recommend and you don't have to hassle with looking around else where. Parking is great. Security also great, servers amazing. Gardena PREMIER banquet hall made my vision a reality it was everything that I wanted it to be I tell you for your next event Gardena Premier banquet hall is where you want to have it I guests will not have to worry about any parking there's plenty of parking. holds up o 200 people if needed they will accommodate you. and the price is right it's affordable the owner is remarkable she is very polite and what was important to me is honesty and everything that we agreed upon for my event that's exactly what it was I didn't have to worry about nothing changing or anything like that. Beyond grateful to have booked this place for my goddaughter's baptism this past weekend. Thank you Clemency for your amazing service. Inquiries- I emailed them back in April to see the hall and they responded quickly and booked an appointment for the next day. What it included: They are very detailed with what it includes and give you a price right away. The contract includes hall, chairs/tables, kitchen, security and an amazing assistant for the whole night. Space- Very spacious hall, fits a maximum of 200 people. The hall is divided into 2 sections (one side fits about 50). Cleanliness- This was a big plus for me. It was very cleaned and well maintained. Assistant- Thank you so much Giovanni. He was so helpful throughout the whole night. He made the impossible possible!! Open House- I loved that they had this! When you attend this event you taste a variety of foods, they have decors, bartenders, photographers and a bunch of other vendors that can help you with the event. On the day of your event they open the hall at 9am. There will be an assistant to help you throughout the whole night! Price depends on type of event and the number of guests . Great banquet hall! Came here for a friend's wedding and it was really nice! They're willing to work with different vendors (no additional fee btw which is different from a lot of places that have their own "preferred vendors" that they specifically allow), lots of parking (no charge to you or the guests), very easy to book and huge space for a very reasonable price! You also get to bring your own caterer and alcohol so lots of savings there! Definitely check this place out! read more
