Hello, this hall is worth all ur penny they are amazing. Love the food, decor, staff members, securitys, the pastrys, the waiters, the bartenders the whole vibe was just perfect. They are so understanding with ur needs and so organized with ur whole event. I will difintly book again this hall. I give it 100% worth it. They also work with you n ur pricing re arranging. Food is super good we got the birria n costilitas in chile verde the rice n beans so bomb. The alcohol drinks are the best they just know how to make the drinks. The staff was easily to communicate with before during and after. My daughter had her own private room with bathroom. The staff during the event was very friendly and helpful. If you like to sweat and be yelled at to leave before midnight, book right ahead!! We got there at 4pm for 5pm reception time, understandably it was somewhat hot. But the place never got any more fresh. As if the AC was not turned on. It was horrible. It was like being outdoors on a heatwave. The food they provided was also horrible (wherever it came from). We started picking up a little after 1130pm even thought the party was until midnight. The staff was yelling at everyone to get out, which was rude AF ! No manners!! read more

I have been to Salon Brandy for a wedding and it was pretty nice. But I guess you really do not notice all the little details if it is not your wedding. Me and my fiance decided to check this place out. I called and asked a few questions and the man asked me to come in so we could talk more in detail. I told him that I would be in there at 12pm or so. So maybe he did not assume that was an appointment? Reason being is because when we arrived at 11:56pm and he was with some people. Which is fine- but we waited over an hour!!! However, he did come out after about 20-30 minutes and asked us to give him a few minutes. A few minutes to me in like 5-10 minute this turned out to be an hour WAIT! I understand, because these people had questions and were interested in having some type of party there too. So I did not want to rain on there parade but my fiance was getting impatient and told me to go in there and say somethine. I just said come on let's just leave- just as we were walking away the guy came out. Sorry I can not remember his name. We had already walked around a reviewed the whole place pretty much. I was not impressed because it was not clean at all- not dirty just not maintained! Like the carpet needed to be vacuum, some chairs were in bad shape, furniture needed to be updated or steam cleaned, etc.... They show you all these pictures were everything looks great and I am pretty sure the day of it would look like that but when I am searching for a place to plan and have my wedding reception I want it to look clean. The outside looks like a old person's house that collects a lot of plants/flowers. I was not fond that all those flowers and plants out side were fake and full of dust! I was like are those going to be cleaned? They have 2 areas for parties/wedding/etc at this location the 1st one is Salon Brandy, which can hold about 300 people, then Salon California which is an addition and can hold any where from 300-500. Both halls have a good size dance floor and there own entrance- which is good. They have a huge kitchen, big bathrooms and good size bars as well. They provide in house services or out from what I remember. Prices are so so and they are willing to make it nice and pretty with what ever colors, flower you would like. So I was pretty happy about that. I heard there food is pretty good and they fruit buffet looks delish! But pricey it would have been $700 for 150 people. But overall, the package they offered me was pretty good. I am not the type of person to take a deal so quick. I wanted to check other places out and chat with my fiance. But the main reason I choose not to have my wedding here- is because those little things that bothered me were pretty tacking and I expected the hall to look nice the day of checking it out. So maybe for some others that just hope and keep there fingers crossed that things will go well- this hall might work out for you. I know they have tons and tons of Quinceaneras here. So it might be good for that. read more

I attended a Quinceañera last Saturday. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The person in charge Neyda was a complete bitch. She was being disrespectful to the guests and disrespectful to the workers. She needs to be humbled and checked! You do not treat the staff that are working their butts off that way! Okay I give one star, place its really nice BUTt!!!!! if you want to make your guest to feel like we need to leave , then rent this place . I went here for a party and @7 they came asking for plates cups and anything that was trash or empty cups for them. It didn't make it feel comfortable, cause they came to the table at least 4 times to try to clear the table out, then at 11pm there was a lady cleaning the restroom. Not even 12 or what're time ther suppse to close ! But they only had one stall open ! Like really !! Your supposed to do all this at closing time ! read more

I had my wedding here April 2015. Any bride who has planned a wedding knows the stress the comes with it. Having it here made all that stress non-existent. My husband and I had initially booked the California Room; however, seeing the guest list was continually growing we decided to upgrade and book the larger room. Luckily, the room was open and Neyda upgraded immediately with no issues. Both my husband and I felt it was absolutely amazing to book it here. The location is very large and has a its own parking lot. Because my wedding was on a Friday, all my guests were able to park without paying any additional fees. The staff is incredibly helpful. The food is amazing. I have to add, when we had our food tasting, I was amazed at the amount of food we received. Lucy really works with you to make sure you're happy. I was a very happy bride. My wedding day ran so smoothly and I was able to fully enjoy my party. And it's really all thanks to the staff at Salon Brandy. read more

Had my daughter's quiseañera 12/9/17. It was a full success, from the Security,DJ,to the bartenders lady. Lucy catered out event. ALL our guess loved the amount of food given to their plate. Some mention that the told them not too much on their plate. They were pleased with the quality and quantity of food. Everyone in my event went home with nothing but great memories from salon brandy. My 13 daughter loved it so much she said i must have my quinceañera here. So my wife and i book it here for her. Defenatly recommend salon brandy. read more

This is long overdue but better late than never. We had my stepdaughter's Quince here in September of 2016 and it was the best! Neyda was so helpful and Ms. Lucy was amazing. We had various food tastings for months as well as cake tastings whenever we wanted. This is the ultimate all in one stop for having a party. They provide EVERYTHING!! DJ Elvis is sooooo accommodating and helpful! Slideshows, music, food, emcee, etc...they were amazing! Owner, Mr. Jim is sweet as all heck! The salon turned out gorgeous! The flowers were not what we ordered but what they provided was beautiful nevertheless! Bathrooms were super clean. Security was sufficient and friendly but still all business. We just had a sweet sixteen for my niece this weekend. I was impressed at how nice they where at first. As we continued with our event planning one thing led to another. Unfortunately I was not there for the food tasting. My family told me that they where totally ignored that one of the girls ( can not remember her name) working that day, totally ignored my family and only directed herself to speaking to the people that spoke English. (My family members speak Spanish only) The staff had really bad communication between them and they are rude. The owner Jim is worst. He came yelling at me because I had issues with some stuff. 1st.. They had some dog bowls in the cart where the gifts where going to go and I asked if they where going to be left there. The girl who's name I don't remember removed them. Later in the day Jim the owner, rushed in yelling at me and I quote " you do not tell my staff what the fuck to do or remove from my hall" turns out this chick didn't know the bowls where there to be put under the cake table with water so ants don't climb up. I didn't know either but I got yelled at for that. 2nd.. The security at the parking lot detecting traffic where eating as they where directing guest where to park. They would tell us where to go with a mouth full of food. Honestly it was disgusting. I complained about that. 3rd.. As I was getting there, and I am the first person to arrive from our party because I needed to make sure the cake was here and the hall was vacuumed. Security guards where drinking soda. Our soda, because they are allowed one soda per party. What pissed me off was that the security guards had not even started working when they had started helping themselves. 4th.. As the day went on and the food was picked up. They had the tray of fruit that was left over on top of the bar, as I'm standing there I see one of his security guys ( who smelled badly like cigarettes) putting his dirty hands and grabbing a piece of fruit. Supposedly they are not allowed to eat in front of the guest. Security was not doing a good job about separating both parties ( yes, there was two parties going on at the same time in both halls) we where having guests from the other party walk through our venue to get to theirs. It was not great. Some of the linens has burns on them. We found two spiders in our toasting glasses that where set on the tables already. The chocolate fountain was a tiny little thing and at one point the chocolate stopped flowing and they had to take it to the back to warm it up stove top. In conclusion it was pretty disastrous, they have no communication between them. The cooks where super nice and helped cut the cake and pass it to our guest.. We had a bad experience with them, I think the worst was the owner Jim yelling at me and cursing because his staff was not telling them exactly what I was saying. I'm not shy and I let it be know if I don't like something. We paid a pretty penny for this place I wanted to be to my niece's liking. I glad she didn't hear any of the owners yelling. At the end of it, it's their loss, we have 3 more Quinceañeras coming up and we won't be using this hall. I hope if you decide to use any of his halls your experience is better then ours. read more

Our big day took place May 7 2016, All I have to say is Salon Brandy did a beyond great job since day one, all I can say I am a thankful bride until this day just hearing all the good compliments from family and friends. Since the very first day we started our wedding planner I knew I was at the right place, no hesitations with what you asked for, your desires is there pleasure to accomplish them with no problem any idea I had or would give to them it was done I had a theme for my wedding and that was "Under the Sea" I adore those long walks late night at the beach the waves and smell of the ocean is my passion, I suggested my big day to be something similar to what I adore the most, but the best part of all with that said Lucy impressed me with such an amazing cake but not only that but the setup was the cherry on the top! I am very speechless about the great amazing fantastic job they did and how my big day went so smooth over all the organization they do for you there everything was great did not have a problem with anything enjoyed my day to the max along with my loved one that until this day he brings up the memories we cherished at Salon Brandy cant thank them enough for all the hard work all the employees there did for us! read more
