I've been a regular customer for 10+ years and have loved watching their business grow. I regularly see Kim W. for eyebrow waxing and she is so talented---a true artist! She always makes me feel comfortable, beautiful and happy. I look forward to my appointments with her not just because of how it makes me look but because I love just chatting with her! I've also tried the 'lash lift' with Kim and love it, I couldn't believe the difference it made. Last week I had my very first facial ever with Kim and I was totally blown away, as soon as it was over I was thinking of wanting to book another appointment. I did have a very slight problem and could not have asked for a more professional, courteous and caring resolution. I have found that you find out the true 'core beliefs' of a business when something doesn't go as expected and The W Spa has once again proven to me that they truly care about their customers. That kind of experience only reinforces my love and loyalty for them. Today I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Lisa Jo and I left feeling amazing. Lisa Jo is such a kind person, so genuine and caring and her massages are out of this world. Worth every penny! I also look forward to seeing Lisa Jo simply because she is so wonderful to talk with. I have compared their prices to other places and while I think some things are a bit more expensive there, I have found it to be worth it. The spa is beautiful, peaceful and immaculate. Everyone at The W Spa is friendly, kind and so very talented. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

You won't have to worry about parking, as there is ample space throughout the entire area. The MTOB office has a few rooms available for different massage services. I've been in once for a couples massage and once most recently for a cupping service. 10 minutes of cupping is said to be the equivalent of 90 minutes deep tissue massage in relation to releasing toxins. My therapist Maria told me that she tries to not leave marks on her clients but I requested that she go hard on me, marks and all. Maria has a lot of awareness and is conscious of her clients' reactions during a treatment. She knows when to go hard and when to scale it back, without you having to say a word. This, to me, is a sign of a true professional. The treatment rooms were very luxurious, calm, peaceful, and the perfect temperature. I enjoyed the signature massage oil and eucalyptus aromatherapy which immediately calmed me down, as I was a total spaz on my last visit. One of the hard things about spa treatments for me is jumping back into the world after experiencing such relaxation. Leaving the MTOB facility and stepping into the adorable, wooded parking lot was such a gentle way to ease back into things without losing my serenity.
