Just enough "small talk" but also allowing us to be quiet or just chat amongst ourselves. They provided all the services I've come to expect in a pedicure, including lengthy massage, exfoliation, hot towels, etc. My feet have NEVER felt so smooth as they did after this particular pedicure. The massage was just what I needed, she applied the perfect pressure and spoke a bit to me, but not the whole time so I could relax. I would not want to get my hair done here because of a lack of privacy, it's the kind of thing I would not want strangers seeing, it's really a personal thing. Hair dye, wet hair, all those foil things, are all best left under a veil of mystery. The ease of making an appointment is great: online, telephone, schedule next one up front while you're there...they text you reminders which I appreciate, even though it's in my calendar. You leave a card on file to pay which I don't mind doing, although I mostly pay in cash. Nicole does a great job on my not so wonderful nails.
