It is very important to me to utilize local businesses whenever possible. I want to build my little…read moretown up but it's fighting me tooth and nail. This place lost a loyal customer with really subpar customer service. I had been utilizing this supply store when I needed a quick ream of paper, file folders or binders. They are pretty pricey but I wanted to do my part and help out local businesses. But, after going to the notary here, I will never go back. I tried twice to use her services and both times it was very uncomfortable. The first time she hassled me because of the way I sign my name. I told her I've signed that way since I was sixteen and it's never been a problem before. It doesn't seem to be a problem for Post Haste but it was definitely a problem for Chelsea. I don't want to have to pay to argue with the person behind the counter. I will simply take my business elsewhere if you can't treat me like a human being. I tried two different times to work with her because I needed a notary for several transactions. I didn't want to have to leave McKinleyville for notary services. I even tried complementing her ring to break the ice and get her down off her high horse. No luck, she just scowled at me. It was real mean girl energy and I just don't have time for high school games. This is business. If I'm a paying customer I don't think it's too much to ask to just be pleasant. Thank God I found Post Haste in Arcata. I have used them multiple times since my experiences in McKinleyville and I've been very happy with the service I get from Post Haste. This is why I love Capitalism. There's always someone else who will take my money. If you don't like what you do, maybe get a different job.

Every time I come in she is the only person upfront working as a cashier and an Amazon return returns. Today I witnessed her ask for help multiple times and no one came to help her. She was still quick and asked me about my day and my plans for the weekend. amazing customer service regardless of her being visibly stressed. there were at least 15 people in line for both. Give her a raise!!! Disappointed in staples. Proud of leesha.

Went in for an Amazon return. Small item in a small bag. The lady that helped was not friendly…read more(that's fine, maybe she was having a bad day), but I told her I didn't need the small bag back and she could throw it away, she acted like it was a huge imposition when there was a trash can right underneath her. The manager walked me over, mentioning it's a popular item and that's sometimes online stock isn't accurate. Luckily they were in stock. I mentioned it was cheaper online and he said "No problem, we'll match it at the register." Stoked to find quick help who was quick to offer the better price. It's small things like this that keep me loyal to certain places.

Prints several blank pages and charges for them , ask them to fix the issue and they charge for coming out to service the machine that they don't fix . Must be a scam I get overage charges for printing , funny thing is how do they know what I print since they don't return calls and never call to check the paper count ! When they do show up after I complain it's random not for days after I call and never with a appointment, last time they came in messed up my computer!!! My rep ( that's funny ) he has no clue about customer service , I actually do not believe this company has any good customer service , I would never recommend this company EVER
