My son works with Joe for drums, and I cannot say enough great things about him either. In addition, the front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming, and understanding. We highly recommend this music school and plan to keep our kids enrolled here for as long as we live in Vegas.

You can tell the owner really loves music and has a natural tendency for teaching it too. He seemed honest and straight forward, again qualities I appreciate. I have to admit he's also a good salesman, but not the kind you typically think of. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and his prices seem to be very reasonable (and if they're not he sure did make me feel like they were). Like I said we went in to replace 1 guitar string and left with 6 brand new quality strings, a new nut, he tuned the guitar, cleaned and oiled it and added a part for her shoulder strap so she can play it freely without it being in her way. All of this was only $42 out the door. Over the weekend I had called around for pricing and most places wanted a $50 service charge just for replacing 1 string and tuning it in addition to the cost of the string which was $10 and up. I would definitely prefer to pay a little more for quality and have something that lasts than I would pay less and have to keep replacing it especially when it comes to musical instruments, but I'm also a single parent of 2 children and their sole provider. So, price is a variable but not the only thing that matters. I have the feeling based off of his interactions with my daughter that he is a great music teacher. I didn't want to bring up lessons in front of my daughter because I'm not sure if they're affordable, but I plan on calling tomorrow to see. Even if they're not, he's landed himself another loyal customer! TIP: I found him here on Yelp, he's a mile from our house and his store hours are listed as closing at 7pm. We got there at 5:50pm, thankfully because he actually closes at 6pm per his door sign. However, he did say that it's best to call when heading there in the evenings because on some days he closes early and some he closes late depending on his students.

My siblings and their kids are also in the program enjoying and having fun! The Las Vegas location is fairly new but well organized and very spacious with multiple rooms for designated programs. They even have a fun playroom/waiting room for the kids and adults with monitors to watch your kids learn the arts in real time. They even have massage chairs! My son was his student for almost two years, and the impact Sim had on him was incredible. Sim is an amazing instructor--so patient, understanding, and truly dedicated to the kids he works with. The amount of time he took with my son, who is on the autism spectrum, meant everything to us. He didn't just teach him guitar, but also piano, and did it with so much care and encouragement. He was also affordable and came to our home, which made a huge difference. Having a child on the spectrum who can get overstimulated, that convenience and comfort meant everything. He brought so much joy into both my son's life and mine, and that kind of impact lasts. Now that we live in Washington, we truly miss him and wish we could find someone like him here.
