We found Chris at Tri-State Piano to be the most recommended and available, so we scheduled a tuning. My mom's piano was built somewhere around 1930 and the last time it had been tuned was in 2006. He was very thorough explaining what he was going to do and made sure to keep us updated as things were progressing if there would need to be further services performed. Not only were his explanations thorough, but so was his work. He did a deep cleaning inside, removing dust, debris and cleaning each and every key as well as the strings.
