They were not able to refund the full amount I had just paid and were going to give me about $2 less than what they charged me. The employee said she didn't know how to process the refund. Think about it: if you keep $2 from 1,000 customers, that's $2,000. This feels extremely shady. Hidden/unclear fees and then an inability to refund the exact amount charged. Scammers. Check your total very carefully before paying by card. I will never shop here again.

They did put a signature touch by adding a large mural to one side of the station. United Oil is big on visual statements in their locations. They have arguably the best assortment of prepared and frozen selections and I wish there was a greater selection of meats as well as bakery choices. Check outs are swift and easy and they handle your items with care. I live in Venice and look forward to the opening of the new Lincoln location that is the old FOX Theater and swap meet. Venice locals will certainly embrace this latest edition. The TJ brand products and items are first rate and every visit is always a friendly and positive experience. Price is always right, service from all clerks and cashiers are very consistent whenever you visit any Trader Joe's in any state. What I didn't expect to see was crowds and crowds of customers during my shopping visit, and the store clerks were extra friendly. Very wide aisles to maneuver around with their signature red shopping cart. Trader Joe's is always a must go whenever on the US Mainland. Just a friendly suggestion. Tote bags and lunch bags that go trending from social media influencers, it's just a bag.
