When we first moved in we ordered a Cillian. One of the employees told me it's was so good it the place did not have to be open on the weekends. Well I disagreed. I read it was under new ownership, and saw their social media posts, so we tried it again. We ordered the New York style. It was better than expected. Nice crust and good sauce. I would like more cheese , but I'll order that next time. The crust was a One Bite / Portnoy type undercarriage. Crisp and a little chewy. A Pittsburgh type pie IMO! Lastly, the employees seemed nice and the dining room is very nice. Don't know if the employees were also owners, but very courteous. AND they are now open WEEKENDS!
