Worst pizza i ever had, I had a pan pizza to go when i got home and tried to eat it it was tasteless .i lifted the cheese and there was no sauce on it .the cheese was burnt from the crust in about 2 inches. the crust thickness went from3/4 inch to 1/8 inch . some pan pizza huh, maybe they should take lessons from the hut . We ordered two super pizzas and 2 orders of chicken wings and our bill was over $60, which seemed like a lot to me. The wings are whole wings, which surprised me. We ordered hot and mild and they were just ok. Mild was too mild and hot was not hot enough. The pepperoni pizza was better than the sausage and green pepper. The crust isn't real thin, but isn't thick either. The sauce and cheese are decent. After reading reviews, I realize we should have ordered Italian hoagies. read more

The pizza is bland and nothing special. But we made the mistake of going to the shop to eat in and it looked more like a storage unit. It was a health inspectors worst nightmare with the plastic utensils, styrofoam cups, etc just laid into a bin on top of a cart for everyone to touch them all to access them. Many forks were dirty and flies were landing on everything. Everything from the wooden booths to the window front were dirty and outdated. They didn't even have a drink machine for those dining in. I gave 2 stars because the Chicken Florentine flatbread was okay, they accepted Apple Pay touch payment, and the employees seemed nice enough. read more

You can get an Italian Hogie anywhere but it won't be as good as central pizzas. This place is almost never on my way anywhere but I go out of my way for their Italian hogie. It's the sauce they put on it that sets it apart from everywhere else. I will note if you have never had it you better plan to eat t soon after you pick it up. They are dripping with juice and dressing (which makes it good) but if you don't eat it rather soon it will be soggy. My interpretation of their dressing is a italian ran mix but who knows if that's what it is. Good is what it is and that's all that matters. It's on the level of if you normally always eat a half hogie somewhere. You will like it so much you will wish you had a whole hogie. read more

Tried Central's Italian Hoagie today. If you are searching for a tradional Italian hoagie, keep looking. The entire sandwich was soft and soggy as if it was never baked for any length of time. Inside the meats within were ok but cheese was non-existent. The dressing resembled cole slaw but also tasted like ranch salad dressing. I was last in this store about 10 years ago and purchased a crispy tradional Italian hoagie with generous content. Other products may be great but I'll pass on any more hoagies. read more

Owner was very unfriendly. We were not eating the pizza but picking it up for others. When we called phone had a lot of static and I had trouble ordering because of the static. We checked the order to see if it was correct and this upset the owner. When we questioned why he got upset he said there's the door. The only thing that tastes good is the Italian hoagie with sauce on the side, but not all the time. Sometimes it's such a greasy soggy mess that it's almost inedible. The last couple times we got pizza, it went right in the garbage. The worst pizza I ever tasted. Had a pan pizza for take out. It has a nice crisp crust with generous toppings. The sauce was tangy with consistent taste. Had breadsticks and the seasoning was nice as well as the marinara dipping sauce. I own a pizza shop and it is hard pressed to find a pan pizza and a descent one at that. The dough and toppings were consistent and well baked. The staff was nice and we left a tip. I have made pizzas since 1987 and don't eat it too much so there are only a few places I have found that have a truly good pie. They have a Sicilian as well that we will have to try.
