I came her for a massage with my favorite massage therapist, Barbara. They really have embraced their tropical beach theme! I was surprised at the huge sand area behind the reception counter. Everything is new and clean including the chairs and furniture and massage table linens. Barbara is very knowledgeable about her craft and communicates that goals of each session with me before we start. She is one of the few masseuse that puts me in such a relaxed state that I start to doze off during the later portion of the massage session. This place is awesome! I came in for a haircut and partial highlight with Annie and she rocked my hair world. She was so much fun to work with and talk to during the whole appointment. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she did an amazing job of making my hair look very dreamy. She does great work and I can't wait to come back! Found this place on Groupon and I just wanted a haircut and my hair lightened in any way-which the Groupon covered. The girl said my groupon wouldn't work for what I wanted and recommended a balayage. Which was $200...much more then my $60 Groupon. But I just agreed and hoped for the best. That was my first mistake. Since I was paying $200 I made sure to be exact on what I wanted, a icy blonde toward the tips. I even showed her pictures of balayages I liked. The girl who did my hair not only took over 4 hours but did the complete opposite of what I asked for. My hair is half orange, and at the worst health it's ever been. It's not even balayage!!! I decided to hold off on my review because she insisted that purple shampoo would make it better so I've been doing that for 3 weeks now as well as a purple hair mask 2 times a week and nothing has changed. She also said the sun will lighten it up but for $200 you'd think I wouldn't have to wait till summer for my desired look. As for my hair cut...she did it in less then 5 minutes and called it a day I was genuinely confused when she stopped and said she was done. The haircut was around $30 btw. If they cannot get groupon to change the fine print they should take their deal down. That is false advertisement. Had purchased a Groupon for haircut and highlights. Made the appointment indicating the groupon deal. The day of the appointment the owner calls and asks if I can come in earlier as they had a cancellation, AND decides to tell me then that I cannot use the groupon because I had been there over a year ago for a facial and so I am not "a new customer." I was upset and let her know that I didn't think I'd be considered an existing customer as I never had my hair done there. Her response was that I should have read the fine print on the groupon and I acknowledged that I had but didn't see me having a facial there over a year ago as not being a new client in their hair salon. I also expressed frustration over the fact that I wasn't told I could use the groupon when I made the appointment. So, I plan my day around this appointment and can't even go because they refuse to honor the groupon deal. Very unprofessional. read more

The inside of the salon is bright, with a beach theme, altogether very welcoming. Everything is shiny and brand new, and Margaret is professional and welcoming, as always, and so is the staff. I was gifted a spa day for my birthday & I absolutely loved every second of it. This was my first ever time having a facial & massage. Margaret did my facial and she made sure I was comfortable, relaxed & got to know me on a personal level, especially my skin care routine. She walked me through the entire process from beginning to end, informing me of what products she was using and what they're doing to my face. She was very knowledgeable/professional about skincare & I would recommend her to anyone who is need a self care day or hasn't gotten a facial before (like myself) ! She is also the owner & did a fantastic job creating a relaxing aura with the beach inspired decor and wave sounds throughout the spa. Jasmine was my masseuse for my full body massage and she also did a fantastic job. She took her time, reassured that I was comfortable & asked if I needed any adjustments throughout the session. It truly felt like she was making artwork on my back! It was such an insane, amazing feeling. All in all, I'll definitely be back & will be referring these two ladies as well as the spa in general! Her place is very relaxing and calming. During my visit she took the time to evaluate my skin and during the treatment, let me know what she was doing and how it would feel. Very professional and knowledgeable. She asked me questions about my skin care routine and offered me some great advice - never pushed any products on me. I had an appointment booked since Dec. 5 that was scheduled for this past Saturday at 10 am. When I arrived for my appointment the door was locked with a post-it saying they will be in late (10:30) for a family issue- No problem at all. I came back in for 10:30 gave them my name and I was there for an appointment. The didn't have me on the books? I showed my confirmation text and the response was "Oh, they don't work here anymore." What?!?! Did you not check their appointments or think to reschedule or call their clients?!? I was supposed to go on vacation Sunday- thankfully was canceled because of the Corona-virus. They admitted fault but were NOT apologetic or sympathetic and made NO EFFORT to make things right. What if I were going on vacation?? They STILL would have done NOTHING! I do not recommend them based on how they handled this. SOOO disappointed. Will NEVER go back nor recommend anyone to go there. Absolutely ridiculous! read more
